Laws do not generally describe a crime down to it's nuts and bolts. If it did, a Judge wouldn't be required to decide a case. a Jury wouldn't have to debate whether a law had been broken... Few cases are slam dunk cases where the proof rock solidly matches the exact text of legislation. The County Prosecutor's office says this is the first they have even seen the case. They had two attorneys on who said there is a law that just recently went into effect that can be used to charge the Lori Drew.
