Why in the world would anyone assume that just because the ACCUSED has a Latino name that he's probably an illegal immigrant? There's zero information in this post OR in the linked article.

bowtie, I certainly doubt it. Florida is packed with illegals, child molesters, and sex traffickers... and sometimes police manage to arrest someone who's all three.
