I understand everyone's point of view on everything and thank you to everyone who has stood by myside threw all of this. THANK YOU SO MUCH AT LEAST I KNOW WHO MY REAL FRIENDS ARE! For everyone else who don't know me. Yes what had happened that day was wrong, but like my friends and family have been saying please listen to my side first before you judge. I have learned a big leason threw all of this and yes i've paid for it everyday, everyday that i don't have my children with me. I've never spend more then a weekend away from my kids and to have to wait three months to even get the judge to think about given me my children is killing me.
Now for those who no me, i helped raise my brother and sister since i was five while my ma went to school during the day and trained at night and my dad didn't know what to do for us children. so at five i learned to be the mom for all of us. At the age twelve i got my very first babysitting job. At age fourteen i have my first paycheck job. I've been a volenteer at the nursing homes since i was seven and used to work in the nursing field for a little over a year as a caregiver. I took my job with pride, I quite it cuz when you witness to many deaths in a short period of time it takes a tole on ya. but and anyways. ya my house was a mess that night but when you have three children, I found it easier to clean up at night when there a sleep then it is when there awake. my children got baths everyother day, they ate all the time and even the foster home will tell you that. they literally could eat you out of house and home, no lie. but i always made sure my kids were feed before i even would think about eating. thats the way i was brought up, kids first yourself last. ya i admit the apartment wasn't the best place to move to, but it was way better then my car or even living in a motel that had bugs in it. And yes if you lived just one day in my shoes you would probably have done the same thing.
And for that night, if that girl (who i thought was a friend) would told me no she couldn't of watched my kids for the few minutes that i was gone then i would of NEVER left. I would of just stayed back and let everybody else left. And by the way, I am no longer living, I am looking for my own place for my children and I, I am no longer with that guy, and yes my felony was dropped and yes I'm working on the neglect, and in court everyone will find out the truth on everything and see that i really didn't neglect my children, I just failed as a mom by trusting somebodies word. And yes threw all of this, I have learned to never trust nobody but yourself. And that is what i've been doing. I'm also going back to school is this spring, so that way i can support my children myself. So now that you've read this, you can say whatever you want cause I really don't care no more cause like I've said I know the truth and truth will come out in court

I just want to say that i do in fact know Kayla and I used to like her. I do feel sorry for the kids but I have seen her try her hardest. Kim Im sorry for everything that has been going on with her and I agree that all of this needs to stop. Kayla really is a good person but was just looking for some help just like alot of us are. She has done me wrong but FRIENDS forgive and forget. iM GLAD SHE GETS HER KIDS FOR cHRISTMAS!!!! I think that that is the best christmas gift EVER! This story is now over... Kayla knows she did wrong, she knows that she has to change and she is tryin, she knows that she cant not trust everyone... She made a mistake and trusted the wrong person with her kids, she made a mistake by moving into that wrong person's filthy house... All that matters right now are the kids, her and what the courts are going to do... Child Services are working on helping Kayla find a place to live along with helping her find a job... she may be pregnant now but she has family and friends who know that kayla needs the desperate help now...

Kayla is getting her kids for christmas for 3 days, she also gets weekend overnight visits, if the courts and child services truely thought that she was a danger to her children she would not of made this much progress in 2 months.

Annie is right no matter what you write it will not change a thing, Kayla doesnt come on here and read the comments, we feel the need to defend her cuz we seen what was happening... I personally talked to the girl that called on her, No matter what happened both kayla and crystal (the girl who called) are both in the wrong and both need to change. I just had a few thoughts that always go through my mind when I read these sort of comments.
1. When you're defending a person and saying that they're not white trash (especially when you're related or a close friend), it would be a really good idea to use spell check. Otherwise, you make yourself look like an idiot and the person for whom you're writing is 'guilty by association'.
2. When people make comments saying that a person is white trash or anything else, they're simply giving their opinion in their own words. Their definition of the term may be entirely different from your own so it gives you no standing to tell them to 'eat shit'.
2.A. I'm pretty sure, judging from the defender's writing style, that the friends of Kayla make all sorts of nasty comments about and to random people with less reason to share their opinion than those of us readers of The Vice.
3. It is entirely pathetic that the main defense has been that no government program would help her. Really?!! I mean, seriously?!! She was HOMELESS for 2 years and received no assistance whatsoever? Let me just double check this: she had a 19 month old taken and she was homeless prior to the incident. So you're telling me this woman gave birth on the sidewalk or in her car and didn't get any help? Well, she should have called the news!
3. I went through a divorce, I have 2 kids. I wasn't homeless nor did I need to live with crazy people that wanted my kids. I took 4 jobs, went to school full time, and didn't receive a dime of assistance from anyone. Friends, family or government agencies. I have absolutely no pity or understanding.
4. I can't remember the last time I DROVE somewhere to fuel up my car and get food only to return home. Sounds a little fishy.
5. If she can have a MySpace, a cell phone, a vehicle, time to date someone, money for hair dye, and time to get pregnant that many times, I'm glad someone stepped in before things got worse because she obviously wasn't trying hard enough to do the right thing for her children.

6. (As a personal note) I just wanted to point out to all the friends and family of the Kayla's out there a few very tricky words. Their, there, they're, to, two, too, et cetera. And, punctuation is your friend. We have a difficult time deciphering your idiocy when we don't know where or if the sentence ends.
