Jeffrey Jones - Resident Caveman - Jailed After Slaying Car With Spear

Sacramento, CA (The Weekly Vice) - Jeffrey Jones, a 56-year-old California man (or perhaps resident caveman), was jailed after he allegedly hurled a spear at a passing car.

According to Sacramento Police, Jones was standing in the road at the intersection of Auburn Blvd and Annadale Lane around 7:30 p.m. when he hurled a spear at the front fender of a passing car (or perhaps a moving Stegosaurus).

The spear became lodged in the vehicle's front grill.

Officers who were dispatched to the location found Jones and the slain car at the scene. The spear was also recovered and placed into evidence.

Jones was booked into jail and charged with assault with a deadly weapon.

Dylan Aufdengarten Was Handed His Walking Shoes - Jail Escape Cut Short After Pissing Off Girlfriend Getaway Driver

 North Platte, NE (The Weekly Vice) - Dylan Aufdengarten, a 27-year-old escapee from the Lincoln County Detention Center, was promptly returned to jail after his girlfriend getaway driver kicked him out of her car following an argument.

According to the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, Aufdengarten was working at the North Platte Animal Shelter as part of a work program when he slipped away and got into a vehicle that was driven by his girlfriend, 29-year-old Jennifer Harmon.

Investigators say the shelter staff was left short handed when someone called in a bogus report that a vicious dog was on the loose. Staff notified the Sheriff's Office of Aufdengarten's escape a short time after he fled the premises.

A manhunt was launched which involved the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, North Platte Police and the Nebraska State Patrol.

During the search investigators spoke with Harmon, who admitted to being the getaway driver during Aufdengarten's escape. She also stated that she booted Aufdengarten out of her car five minutes after picking him up because he wouldn't stop arguing with her.

Harmon directed authorities to the location where she dropped Aufdengarten off. Aufdengarted was located and returned to custody a short time later.

Aufdengarted was booked into jail on a new felony charge of Escape From Custody. He was just 30 days from the completion of his sentence when he was booked into jail on the fresh charge.

Jennifer Harmon was booked into jail on a felony charge of Aiding and Abetting Escape.

Grace McEvoy - Found Naked On Beach After Partially Nude Male Companion Flees The Scene

Myrtle Beach, S.C. (The Weekly Vice) - Grace Marie McEvoy, a 21-year-old South Carolina woman, was jailed Saturday after she was left naked on a beach following a seaside sex romp.

According to police, a witness flagged down officers early Saturday morning after seeing what appeared to be a naked couple engaged in intimate acts on the beach.

When officers entered the beach area, a partially naked male was seen fleeing the scene. McEvoy was left behind to answer officers questions.

McEvoy was booked into jail and charged with disorderly conduct (lewd, obscene, profane acts).

The alleged male companion has not been identified.

Kimberly Davis - Jailed After Forcing Insecticide Down Dog's Throat, Tossing Dog's Dead Body Into Dumpster

Salt Lake City, Utah (The Weekly Vice) - Kimberly Davis, a 53-year-old Utah woman, was jailed Saturday after she allegedly forced insecticide down a dog's throat, then tossed the animal's carcass into a dumpster.

According to Salt Lake Police, Davis sprayed a can of Raid down her dog's throat which resulted in the animal's death. She then disposed of the dog's body in a nearby dumpster.

During a police interview, Davis admitted to the act, stating that she did it so that her ex-husband wouldn't take the dog from her.

Davis was booked into jail and charged with two felony counts of cruelty to animals.

Megan Nicole Hayes - Charged With Having Sex With 11-Year-Old Boy She Babysat

Cocoa, FL (The Weekly Vice) - Megan Nicole Hayes, a 21-year-old Florida woman, was jailed Thursday after she allegedly had sexual intercourse with an 11-year-old boy she was babysitting.

According to Cocoa Police, Hayes was babysitting an 11-year-old boy late last month when she allegedly had sexual intercourse him.

Investigators say an investigation was launched after Hayes told someone about the sexual encounter and that person called the victim's parents.

During a police interview, Hayes reportedly admitted to having sexual intercourse with the child.

Hayes' father told local media that his daughter "has a low IQ," and insisted that she doesn't know right from wrong. Investigators who interviewed Hayes insist that she does know right from wrong.

Hayes was booked into the Brevard County Jail and charged with sexual battery of a child under the age of 12. Her bail has been set at $35,000.

Malia Brooks - Teacher - Jailed After Having Sex With Student Under 14

Simi Valley, Calif. (The Weekly Vice) - Malia Brooks, a 32-year-old teacher at Garden Grove Elementary School, has been jailed after she allegedly had sex with a male student who was under the age of 14.

According to police, an investigation was launched on February 22 after the alleged relationship between Brooks and the child surfaced.

Investigators say the relationship began in late 2012 and continued for four months. The exact age of the victim has not been disclosed, but court documents confirm that the child is under the age of 14.

Brooks, who is divorced with two children, was placed on administrative leave by the school district when the allegations surfaced. She then submitted her resignation on June 5.

Brooks' attorney says his client suffers from "manic episodes" that she is now in treatment for.

She was booked into jail and charged with lewd acts upon a child, oral copulation of a person under 14 years of age and three counts of genital penetration by a foreign object. Her bond is currently set at $2 million.

Scott Price - Charged With Performing Oral Sex On Sleeping Male Customer

Fort Lauderdale, FL (The Weekly Vice) - Scott Lloyd Price, a 55-year-old massage therapist, was jailed Wednesday after he allegedly performed oral sex on a male customer who had fallen asleep during a massage.

According to the Broward County Sheriff's Office, Price was providing a massage to a customer at the Center for Wellness last November, when the customer dosed off during the session.

Investigators say the customer awoke a short time later to find Price performing oral sex on him.

The customer flipped over onto his stomach until Price left the room. He then went to a sexual assault treatment center where a DNA sample was taken from the man's penis. detectives also obtained a DNA sample from Price.

The results of the DNA test, which arrived last week, showed a conclusive match of the samples taken from Price and the man's penis.

Price was booked into the Broward County Jail and charged with sexual battery. His bond has been set at $5,000.
