Kassandra Martinez Murdered Her Cousin For Gas Money

Dallas, Texas (The Weekly Vice) - Kassandra Martinez, a 20-year-old Dallas woman, was jailed Sunday after she repeatedly ran over her cousin with her car during an argument over gas money.

She then drove home to get some sleep - obviously tuckered out from all that driving.

According to Dallas police, Martinez was at a club with her cousin and her cousin's two sisters when the girls began arguing about where to go next (home or out to eat somewhere).

Angry that she wasn't getting her way, Martinez left the club alone with the girls' purses in the trunk of her car. The three girls left behind at the club were forced to find a ride from a friend who was also at the club.

During the ride home, the girls noticed that Martinez had stopped off for gas at a local gas station, so they asked the driver to stop and let them out so they could retrieve their purses.

That's when Martinez reportedly began arguing with them, demanding that they give her gas money. When the girls refused, Martinez retorted "Well, if that's the way it is..." before backing over her cousin who had been waiting at the rear of her vehicle to get her purse.

After backing over the victim, Martinez then put the car into drive and then drove over her cousin a second time.

Martinez then drove home to go to bed while her cousin, identified as 24-year-old Yunel Aguilar, was rushed to Parkland Memorial Hospital. She was pronounced dead a short time later.

Surveillance video captured from the scene showed the entire incident as it unfolded. Investigators were able to use the video to identify Martinez's VW Passat, which was found at her residence.

Martinez was arrested when Aguilar's mother called and convinced her to come up to the hospital.

During a police interview, Martinez admitted that she did not have a driver's license, but claimed that she was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol when she ran over her cousin.

Martinez was booked into jail and charged with murder. She remains jailed in lieu of $150,000 bail.

John Allison Had A Spicy Date Waiting For Him In The Deli Section

Potsdam, New York (The Weekly Vice) - John Allison, a 41-year-old Potsdam man, was jailed Wednesday after he allegedly masturbated with a stick of pepperoni at a local grocery store - then put the food product back on the shelf for others to enjoy.

According to New York state police, Allison entered the Hannaford Grocery store at St. Lawrence Plaza, grabbed a stick of pepperoni, and proceeded to rub his penis against it.

After satisfying himself, Allison placed the pepperoni back on the shelf and attempted to exit the store.

A loss prevention officer who witnessed the act over surveillance video called police and provided them with video of what had transpired.

Allison was charged with public lewdness and fourth-degree criminal mischief. He is currently being held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond.

Krystle Harrison - Charged With Biting Boyfriend's Penis After He Turned Her Down For Sex

Bradenton, Florida (The Weekly Vice) - Krystle Harrison, a 19-year-old Florida woman, was jailed last week after she allegedly took a bite out of her boyfriend's penis after he turned her down for sex.

According to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office, Harrison and her boyfriend were in bed when Harrison touched him in a suggestive manner and told him that she was in the mood for sex.

After the boyfriend had refused Harrison's request for sex several times, Harrison retaliated by grabbing his penis and then biting it.

Investigators say the boyfriend jumped out of bed and left the residence, however, Harrison followed him through the door and continued to argue with him outside.

When the boyfriend still refused to have sex, Harrison slapped him in the face and then spit on him.

At some point during the argument, a tussle broke out between the pair, resulting in scratch marks to the victim's chest.

When deputies arrived on the scene and saw the victim's injuries, they immediately took Harrison into custody.

She was booked into the Manatee County Jail and charged with battery domestic violence. She was released after posting $1,500 bond.

Timothy Phillips, Lacey Chaney - Jailed After Forcing Little Girl To Live In Basement, Urinate Outside

Independence, MO (The Weekly Vice) - Timothy Phillips, 30, and Lacey Chaney, 27, have been jailed after they allegedly forced a 9-year-old girl to live in a basement, refused to treat her medical conditions and forced her to urinate outside because they didn't want to "contract the infections that she had."

According to the Jackson County Sheriff's Office, details of the case began to unfold Friday when the little girl was sent to the school nurse because she smelled strongly of urine.

The victim told the nurse that her private parts hurt, so the nurse examined the girl and found that her genital area was seriously inflamed and appeared to be infected.

The little girl told the nurse that she was not allowed to use the restroom inside her house because her family didn't want to contract the infections that she had. Instead, she was forced to live in the basement and go outside when she needed to urinate or defecate.

When sheriff's deputies arrived at the family's home, the victim's father and his live-in girlfriend acknowledged locking the girl in their unfinished basement with little food or water. They also told deputies that they "popped her in the mouth and whooped her on the butt" as punishment for a recent school infraction.

The basement door was equipped with a chain lock and a security alarm that would sound if the girl tried to open the basement door.

Investigators say the father, his girlfriend and his girlfriend's son all lived upstairs while the little girl was kept down in the basement. He explained to detectives that the girl could not control her bladder and that he could "not afford to keep cleaning up after her."

The father also stated that he knew that not bathing the girl contributed to her infections.  He stated that he didn't pursue medical treatment for the child because "what difference would it make, she is just going to piss herself anyway." He then told detectives that he didn't bath the girl because she had been sexually assaulted in a shower in the past. He surmised that the girl didn't like taking showers because of that experience.

Chaney, the father's girlfriend, told police that she believed the little girl wet herself because she preferred to be alone. Chaney also stated that she forced the girl to urinate outside because she contracted a yeast infection in the past and believes that it came from a toilet that had been used by the victim.

When investigators asked why the girl went to school smelling of urine every day, the father stated that the family did not own a washing machine.  Deputies, however, toured the upstairs living areas and found that every other member of the family had clothes that were clean and neatly folded in their drawers.

The unfinished basement where the girl resided, however, was found to be dirty, unsafe with exposed wires and had a leaking sewage pipe, according to an arrest affidavit.

Deputies also found a blanket that appeared to have been used as toilet paper. The girl's clothing, which all smelled of urine and mildew, was found in a pile outside the home.

Neighbors told investigators that Phillips was often verbally abusive towards the girl and that she was sometimes sent to the bus stop an hour early during the winter without a winter coat.

Phillips and Chaney were booked into the Jackson County Jail and charged with abuse or neglect of a child, first-degree endangering the welfare of a child and felonious restraint. Their bond has been set at $100,000.

Chaney's son is currently staying with relatives. The victim was taken into protective custody and is being treated at a local hospital.

Stephanie Redus - Pregnant Woman Puts Toddler Son Up For Adoption On Craigslist

Houston, Texas (The Weekly Vice) - Stephanie Redus, a 29-year-old Huffman woman, has been jailed after she allegedly posted an ad on Craigslist seeking a person who could adopt her toddler son.

According to Houston Police, Redus posted the ad on May 1st, stating that she couldn't properly care for her son and was "desperate" to find someone who could.

The message Redus posted is as follows:

"Hi, I am trying to adopt out my three-year-old son. I'm not in a good place in my life and I don't feel like I can care for him properly, but I don't know where to start. If you or know anyone who is interested in caring for him please let me know. I'm a single mom and can't do this. 

Thanks, Desperate."

An officer found the posted ad and responded to it posing as an interested party. Redus reportedly wrote back and explained that she was looking for someone to adopt her child because she is currently pregnant an unable to take medication that treats her depression and anxiety.

Investigators obtained a subpeona for the website and identified Redus as the person who posted the ad.

During a police interview, Redus admitted to placing the ad but stated that she never intended to go through with it.

She claimed to have spoken with one other interested party. During the conversation she asked the respondent if he/she had any other children and requested that they send her pictures of their home.

Redus was booked into jail and charged with misdemeanor advertising for placement of a child. She was freed after posting $1,000 bail.

The child was taken into protective custody and then placed with his father.

John Welden - Charged With Murder After Tricking Girlfriend Into Taking Abortion Pills

Tampa, Florida (The Weekly Vice) - John Andrew Welden, a 28-year-old Florida man, has been jailed he allegedly tricked his girlfriend into taking an abortion pill that killed her unborn child.

According to police, Welden forged his doctor father's signature to obtain a prescription for Cytotec, a medication used for the prevention of ulcers that doubles as an effective abortion pill.

The victim, 26-year-old Remee Lee, told investigators that Welden begged her to terminate the pregnancy, however, she decided early on that she intended to carry the child full term.

When Lee learned that she was pregnant, Welden reportedly took her to see his father, who is an obstetrician in Lutz, Florida. Lee was examined and determined to be six-weeks pregnant at the time.

The next day, however, Welden called Lee and explained that her blood test showed that she also had a bacterial infection that would require Amoxicillin to clear up. He claimed to have picked up a prescription for her and then drove out to her home in Tampa to hand deliver it to her.

Welden informed Lee that she was instructed to take the antibiotic three times per day and continue taking the medication until it was gone. Lee told investigators that she didn't question Welden's intentions because they were "in love" and planned to be married.

"He used this pregnancy as my Achilles heel. He knew I wanted to do what is best, so that is why I took them." said Lee. "He told me to keep taking them."

On Easter Sunday, Lee reportedly went to a local hospital complaining of severe cramps and excessive vaginal bleeding.

When hospital staff asked what medications she had been taking, Lee showed them the bottle of Amoxicillin she thought she had been prescribed. That's when doctors informed her that the pills she had been taking were abortion pills and that her child no longer had a heartbeat.

A subsequent investigation revealed that Welden had allegedly obtained Cytotec and then switched the label with a bottle of Amoxicillin in order to trick his girlfriend into taking the undesired medication.

Weldon was booked into jail and charged with first-degree murder and interfering with interstate commerce. He is currently being held without bond because he has been deemed a flight risk.

Mohammed Ahmed - Charged With Attempting To Hire Prostitute During Florida Honeymood, New Bride Reports Him Missing

Orlando, FL (The Weekly Vice) - Mohammed Ahmed, a 21-year-old Chicago man, was jailed last week after he allegedly tried to hire a prostitute while he and his bride were on their honeymoon in Orlando, Florida.

According to police, Ahmed and his new bride were on their honeymoon when he answered an advertisement on Backpage.com which offered sex in exchange for money.

Little did Ahmed know that the advertisement had been placed by detectives with the Polk County Sheriffs Office as part of a large-scale prostitution sweep.

Investigators say Ahmed left his bride at the Omni Hotel in Champions Gate to meet the would-be prostitute at a local hotel. He was taken into custody after offering cash in exchange for sex.

Ahmed's wife called 911 and attempted to report him missing. She was informed that Ahmed was not missing, but instead had been taken to jail for attempting to hire a prostitute for sex.

He was booked into the Polk County Jail and charged with soliciting prostitution.

The Polk County Sheriff's Office nabbed 12 pimps, 39 alleged prostitutes and 39 alleged johns during the 4-day operation.
