Mcloud, OK (The Weekly Vice) - Brad Davis, a 33-year-old Oklahoma man, was charged Tuesday after he allegedly killed his step father with "an atomic wedgie."
According to the Pottawatomie County Sheriff's Office, an investigation was launched on Dec. 21 after deputies found Davis' step-father, 58-year-old Denver Lee St. Clair, dead in his home with his underwear pulled up over his head and around his neck.
Davis was taken into custody the same day after he reportedly admitted to administering an "atomic wedgie" to his step-father after the two had an argument about Davis' mother (St. Clair's Wife).
St. Clair and Davis' mother had recently been through a spat of impending divorces over the last few years. St. Clair reportedly invited Davis over to his home to chat over a bowl of deer chili. Davis then reportedly attacked St. Clair after St. Clair made disparaging comments about Davis' mother.
Investigators say Davis struck St. Clair in the head, causing him to loose consciousness. Davis then pulled St. Clair's underwear up over his head causing him suffocate to death.
While he was in St. Clair's home, Davis sent a friend a text message saying he was planning to harm Denver, according to the arrest affidavit. After the assault, Davis allegedly re-arranged the scene to make it look as though a fight had taken place before calling 911.
When deputies arrived on scene, Davis initially claimed that he killed St. Clair in self defense, however, the victim's death has since been ruled a homicide.
Davis was booked into jail and charged with first-degree murder. It may be the first known case of murder by way of atomic wedgie.
