Jinhua, China (The Weekly Vice) - A newborn baby boy was rescued from a sewage pipe grave Saturday, after it had been flushed down a public toilet in China's Zhejiang province.
According to police, the 5 pound infant was discovered by a resident who heard the baby crying as it was wedged inside the pipes of her building's community toilet.

Doctors carefully removed pieces of pipe from around the baby's delicate tissue until the infant was eventually freed.
The child, who was found with his umbilical cord still attached, is believed to have spent two hours inside the sewage pipe before he was discovered. Weighing in at just over 5 pounds, the child is said to be in stable condition and is expected to make a full recovery.
The baby has not yet received a name, and therefor is referred to by local media and hospital staff as "baby59" in accordance with the child's incubator number.
Investigators are attempting to learn the identity of the child's parents, however, nobody has come forward to claim the child.
