Joshua Dalton - Charged With Threatening Kids With A Gun Because They Didn't Like A Flag On His Truck

Virginia Beach, Florida (The Weekly Vice) - Joshua Dalton, an 18-year-old Virginia Beach man was jailed Monday after he allegedly pointed a gun at a school bus full of elementary school kids.

According to Virginia Beach police, several students told the bus driver that a man in a blue pick-up truck was behind the bus, pointing a gun at them as students were getting off the bus.

The bus driver took immediate action, drove the students back to Pembroke Elementary School and then called police.

When officers questioned Dalton, he stated that he was upset by the children because they mocked a confederate flag that was attached to his truck.

Dalton was booked into jail and charged with two counts of brandishing a firearm.
