Jacqueline Barnes - Substitute Teacher - Charged After Arriving To First Day Of School Intoxicated

Ahsburn, Va. (The Weekly Vice) - Jacqueline Barnes, a 50-year-old substitute teacher at Stone Hill Middle School was charged after she allegedly arrived to the first day of school visibly intoxicated.

According to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office, school personnel contacted the school resource officer after Barnes arrived to her first day of classes visibly intoxicated.

Investigators say Barnes was seen "acting erratically" before school started and was taken to the office by school concerned staff. School administrators say Barnes did not have contact with any students.

Barnes was charged with public intoxication and then released on a personal recognizance bond.
