Thomas Molina - Nabbed By Window Blinds During Botched Burglary Attempt

Albuquerque, New Mexico (The Weekly Vice) - Thomas Molina, a 38-year-old Albuquerque man was jailed Sunday after he allegedly broke into a community college, but got tangled in window blinds when he attempted to flee the scene.

According to Albuquerque Police, officers were dispatched after receiving a call that someone was attempting to break into the Central New Mexico Community College.

Arriving officers spotted the suspect, later identified as Molina, as he was trying to flee.

Investigators say while Molina was trying to climb out a window, he became entangled in the blinds and was unable to escape. When detectives questioned him, he stated that he was looking for computer hardware.

Molina was booked into jail and charged with burglary and breaking and entering. He is currently being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
