Sean-Paul Branscome FacebookTempe, Arizona (The Weekly Vice) - Sean-Paul Branscome, a 23-year-old Tempe man was jailed Sunday after he allegedly got high on bath salts, stripped naked and then dashed through the neighborhood; throwing himself against various walls.
According to Tempe police, officers were dispatched after receiving a report that a man disturbing the peace and throwing himself up against his neighbors' walls.
While officers were en route, Branscome stripped naked and began dashing around the neighborhood. Officers arrived to find Branscome dressed in a garbage bag.

When detectives questioned him, Branscome admitted that he had ingested bath salts prior to the incident. He was treated at a local hospital before he was taken to jail.
Branscome was booked into the Tempe City Jail and charged with two counts of trespassing onto a residential yard.
