Santa Rosa, Florida (The Weekly Vice) - Justin Mitchell, a 26-year-old McDonough, Georgia man was jailed after he allegedly physically abused his wife and forced a 7-year-old boy to smoke marijuana at gunpoint.
According to the Walton County Sheriff's Office, Mitchell pointed a gun at the child and told him that if he didn't smoke the pot, he was going to shoot him in the head. He then pointed the gun at his wife's head, and threatened to kill her.
Investigators say Mitchell also struck his wife in the head with the gun and then robbed her of her cash and personal property. He is additionally accused of stealing a man's debit card at gunpoint, and robbing another female of her personal property. Detectives determined the gun he was using had been stolen.
Mitchell was booked into the Walton County Jail on multiple charges, including aggravated battery using a deadly weapon, aggravated assault, child abuse, possession of marijuana, grand theft of a firearm, and larceny. He is currently being held without bail.
