Pahrump, NV (The Weekly Vice) - Amanda McGough, a 31-year-old substitute teacher at Pahrump High School was arrested Friday after she allegedly had sex with a 16-year-old student.
According to police, McGough was taken into custody after she admitted to having a romantic relationship with a 16-year-old student.
Investigators say McGough had sex with the student multiple times beginning in April. McGough allegedly had sexual intercourse with the student in her car as it was parked at various public locations.
McGough also allegedly sent nude photographs of herself to the student via e-mail.
She was booked into the Nye County Detention Center and charged with unlawful sexual conduct between a school employee and a student, open and gross lewdness and unlawful use of a minor as a subject of sexual portrayal.
McGough also worked at Rosemary Clarke Middle School and served as an administrative assistant at the high school.
