Davenport, Florida (The Weekly Vice) - Brelon Small, a 34-year-old Davenport man is wanted by police after he allegedly failed to register as a sex offender.
Police would like your help in finding Small, except there's one Small problem. Providing the public with an accurate description of the man is difficult, considering the suspect is a cross-dresser who has sported a different hair style each time his mugshot has been taken.
Police would like your help in finding Small, except there's one Small problem. Providing the public with an accurate description of the man is difficult, considering the suspect is a cross-dresser who has sported a different hair style each time his mugshot has been taken.
According to the Polk County Sheriff's Office, Small reportedly moved out of his his Davenport home and failed to provide his new address to the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles. He was placed on the Registered Sex Offender list in 2006 after being convicted for lewd and lascivious acts upon a child.
Small has a lengthy criminal history, including convictions for prostitution, robbery, sale of cocaine, resisting arrest, and theft. He is currently out on bond after being apprehended in November 2011 for failing to resister as a sex offender.
Investigators say Small is a transvestite and has several aliases, including Bieosha Small, Lashay Small, Bonnie O'Neal, Andrew Washington, and Andrea Washington. He changes appearances regularly. To help track him down, police have released several of his mugshots from previous arrests. He is described as a black male or female, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 175 pounds.
