Iowa City, Iowa (The Weekly Vice) - Allen Adonis Bramwell, a 25-year-old Iowa City man was jailed after he allegedly exposed himself to two women on the street, asked them for their phone number, then consumed a bag of marijuana after his arrest.
According to the Iowa City Police Department, A victim contacted police after Bramwell reportedly exposed himself to her and then asked her for her name and phone number.
Later on that day, another woman called police to report that Bramwell had also exposed himself to her as she drove by him. When officers detained Bramwell, they searched his cell phone and found one of the victim's phone number stored under his contacts.

Investigators say while in the back seat of a police car, Bramwell attempted to eat a bag of marijuana he had in his possession. An officer found a plastic baggie and flakes of marijuana all over Bramwell's shirt, on the back seat, and in the baggie.
Bramwell admitted that he had eaten the marijuana. He also was in possession of $1,000 worth of stolen goods that came from a recent burglary in the area.

Bramwell was booked into the Johnson County Jail and charged with preventing prosecution, possession of marijuana, interference of official acts, and two counts of indecent exposure. He is currently being held on a $5,000 cash or surety bond.
