Boise, Idaho (The Weekly Vice) - Robert Nicol, a 23-year-old Idaho man was Jailed Saturday after he allegedly hid under a blanket inside a woman's car and then attacked her male companion while they were driving.
Nicoli apparently lost the fight.
According to Boise police, officers were called to the intersection of Overland and Shoshone about 3 a.m. Saturday after receiving complaints of a street fight in progress.
Investigators say the dispute began when Nicol hid under a blanket inside a woman's car and then emerged to attack the woman's male companion who was riding along.
The woman slammed on the brakes and the two men got out of the vehicle to continue the confrontation. At some point during the attack, Nicol reportedly threatened the couple with a gun.
Police arrived a short time later and took Nicol into custody. He was booked into the Ada County Jail on a felony count of aggravated assault. The other male involved in the confrontation was not charged.
