Paul Brock - Jailed After Stealing Car, Threatening To Eat Police Officers And Their Children

Lafayette, Indiana (The Weekly Vice) - Paul Brock, a 39-year-old Frankfort man was jailed Friday after he allegedly threatened to hunt down and eat officers and their families after he was caught stealing an automobile.

According to Lafayette police, officers were called to a local gas station after Brock stole a vehicle that belonged to a clerk who worked at the business.

The clerk stated that she had left they keys in the ignition while she was warming up her vehicle and preparing to leave for the night. Brock was stopped by police a short time later.

While being placed under arrest, Brock reportedly kicked a police dog in the head twice. He was then taken to a local hospital where a blood alcohol test showed him to be more than three times the legal limit for operating a motor vehicle.

While at the hospital, Brock threatened officers, stating that he was going to hunt down all of the officers who arrested him, and "eat them". He also stated that he would eat their children, dogs, and other family members. He also demanded to be let out of his handcuffs so he could assault police officers

Brock was booked into the Tippecanoe County Jail and charged with auto theft, auto theft with a prior conviction, intimidation, resisting law enforcement, striking a law enforcement animal, and two DUI-related counts, including operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He is being held on a $25,000 surety bond.
