Flagstaff, Arizona (The Weekly Vice) - Dustin Banbury, a 21-year-old Arizona man was jailed Tuesday after he allegedly cut off his neighbor's hand with a Samurai sword.
According to the Coconino County Sheriff's Office, Banbury was at the 33-year-old victim's mobile home when the victim reportedly fell asleep.
Banbury left the residence, went to his own mobile home and then returned with a Samurai sword.
That's when Banbury began striking his neighbor with the sword, inevitably chopping off the victim's hand. Investigators say the victim also suffered a deep lasceration to his forehead during the attack.
He remains hospitalized in stable condition. A bloody Samurai sword was found on the victim's bedroom floor. Detectives are working to determine a motive for the attack.
