Memphis, Tenn. (The Weekly Vice) - Adam Eubank, a 26-year-old Tennessee man was jailed Monday after a man engaged in a parking lot raccoon roast helped land his brother in jail on meth charges.
According to police, officers were dispatched after receiving a complaint about a man who decided to have a raccoon cookout in the parking lot of a Midtown apartment building.
Arriving officers found a man who was roasting a raccoon carcass over an open flame. Officers also found several large knives and several buckets that were filled with a suspicious substance.
Officers went to the man's apartment and found his brother, Adam Eubank. A check of Eubank's license confirmed that he had purchased pseudoephedrine at least 35 times in the past year. Pseudoephedrine is a key ingredient used in manufacturing methamphetamine.
Eubank was booked into jail and charged with promoting the manufacture of meth. He continues to be held on a $75,000 bond.
Eubanks' raccoon roasting brother was not charged in the incident.
