Bayshore, NY (The Weekly Vice) Tara Driscoll, a 33-year-old teacher at Campus Magnet High School in Queens, NY was jailed after she allegedly filmed herself performing sex acts on a 16-year-old boy.
According to police, Driscoll picked up the boy and drove him to the Capri Motel in Lynbrook where she and the boy had sex.
Driscoll, who teaches, law and government, allegedly filmed the encounter. Police obtained the video which allegedly shows Driscoll performing sexual acts on the student.
An investigation was launched after the boy's mother confronted him about the relationship and he confessed to having sex with his teacher.
Driscoll was arraigned Friday on charges of third-degree rape and third-degree criminal sexual act. She is due back in court on August 15.
