American Falls, Idaho (The Weekly Vice) - Zenna Galeria, a 23-year-old teacher and volleyball coach at American Falls High School has been charged after she allegedly had an ongoing sexual relationship with a 17-year-old student
According to the Power County Sheriff's Office, an investigation was launched after Galeria carried on a five-month-long relationship with a student that began with texting and quickly became sexual.
Investigators say the relationship between Galeria and the student developed during the second half of the 2010-2011 school year.
Authorities say they have not taken Galeria into custody because she has cooperated with the investigation. She will be served a summons for an arraignment hearing that has been scheduled for August 15.
Galeria, who is reportedly married, has been officially charged (but not jailed) with felony sexual battery. She resigned her position with the school sometime last week.

Interesting. Bail amounts in these teacher sex cases are getting so low, now they've decided to just skip the jail part altogether.
