Rachel Hachero - Teen Awaiting Trial For Pistol Whipping Mother Into Buying New Car, Arrested Again On Drug Charges

Fort Meyers, Florida (The Weekly Vice) - Back in March we introduced you to Rachel Anne Hachero, a 17-year-old girl who was arrested after she allegedly pistol whipped her mother with a gun and forced her - at gun point - to co-sign a loan for a new sports car that she wanted.

Hacharo's mother complied with her daughter's demands and was left injured while her daughter drove away in a new car.

While out on bond and awaiting trial in that case, it appears Miss Hachero is back at it again.

According to the Lee County Sheriff's Office, Hachero took to kicking and screaming when a deputy placed her under arrest for possessing drugs and alcohol.

Investigators say a deputy followed Hachero to a gas station after noticing that she was driving in a reckless manner.

When Hachero opened the door to her SUV, the deputy noticed an unopened can of Four Loco (a caffeinated alcoholic energy drink) in the door's cup holder and an opened can of the same drink in the vehicle's front passenger door.

After smelling alcohol and marijuana coming from within the vehicle, the deputy asked Hachero to step out of her car. Hachero attempted to grab her purse, however the deputy took it from her which sparked a brief struggle.

Because Hachero is not old enough to possess alcohol, she was taken into custody and placed into the back seat of a patrol car.

While searching Hachero's car, the deputy recovered 7 grams of marijuana, rolling papers, 8 grams of generic Xanax and a single dose of ecstasy. Hachero, meanwhile, was kicking and screaming in the back seat of the patrol car, according to the arrest report.

Hachero slipped out of her handcuffs and pounded on the patrol car's glass on two occasions before the deputy could get her transported to the Juvenile Assessment Center.

Now in addition to previous charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm, Hachero faces new charges of resisting arrest, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possessing a controlled substance.
