Brittni Colleps MySpace
Kennedale, Texas (The Weekly Vice) - New details have emerged in the case of Brittni Colleps, a first-year English teacher at Kennedale High School, who allegedly had sex with five students at her home in an organized sex romp.
According to police, Colleps, 27, had sex with five male students (all aged 18) at her home between April and May of this year. An investigation was launched on Wednesday after rumors of the sex romps began circulating around school last week. School official called police.
Authorities believe the boys gathered at Colleps' home on multiple occasions and reportedly participated in group sex romps with her while her husband was away. Colleps also repeatedly had sex with at least two of the students on additional occasions, according to the arrest affidavit.
When investigators interviewed the boys, their accounts of the sex romps matched. Investigators also found sexually explicit text messages, nude photographs and video recording of particular sex acts which were allegedly obtained by the students from Mrs. Colleps.
Colleps, a first year teacher who also coached the girl's basketball team, reportedly told school officials in March that she would be resigning her position at the end of the year.
Colleps earned her bachelor's degree from UT Arlington in 2008 and went on to obtain a masters degree from the University of Phoenix in 2010. Terrant County records indicate that she has been married for seven years.
Colleps, who is an army wife and mother of three, was booked into jail on five felony counts of having an inappropriate relationship between a student and teacher. She was released after posting a $125,000 bond.
