Laurel County, Kentucky (The Weekly Vice) - John Sherman Powell, a 34-year-old Kentucky man, was jailed Monday after police allegedly found him putting dents in another person's vehicle, using his head.
According to Laurel County Police, officers were dispatched after receiving a report of an intoxicated male who was using his head to damage another person's pickup truck.
When officers arrived on scene, they found Powell intoxicated and placed him in handcuffs.
Powell reportedly told officers that he became angry following an altercation with his girlfriend over the telephone. That's when he rammed his head into the side of a 2000 green Dodge pickup that belonged to someone else. A large dent was created in the side of the truck as a result.
Police initially arrested Powell for first-degree alcohol intoxication (public intoxication) and criminal mischief. Investigators later learned that Powell had failed to register as a sex offender. A charge of first-degree failure to comply with sex offender registration was added to his list of offenses.
