Port Penn, Delaware (The Weekly Vice) - Joshua Jones, a 23-year-old Delaware man was jailed Wednesday after the mother of an 8-year-old girl found videos that showed him raping her 8-year-old daughter.
According to police, officers were dispatched after the mother of an 8-year-old girl found two videos on a computer that allegedly showed her daughter performing a sex act on her 23-year-old "boy friend."
Investigators say, Jones, the male in the video fled the home when the mother confronted him about what she saw. He was apprehended a short time later.
Jones was booked into the Howard Young Correctional Institute on charges of first-degree rape and first-degree unlawful sexual contact. His bail has been set at $55,000.
