Gilbert, Arizona (The Weekly Vice) - A man dubbed the "$60 Bill Bandit" is wanted by police after he allegedly robbed several banks, ordering the tellers to hand over over the cash in $20, $40, and $60 bills.
According to police, the man entered a Bank Of America in Gilbert on December 23rd and then handed the teller a note stating that he "had a gun and wanted all the money she had".
The teller obeyed his commands, giving him an undisclosed amount of cash, which he put in a dark leather portfolio before leaving the scene on foot. None of the witnesses ever saw a gun or a getaway car.
Investigators say the man is their prime suspect in several other robberies in Tempe, Mesa, and Chandler.
