Zannish Frazier Had A Bag Full Of Stoopid - Jailed After Burglarizing House And Car - Then Calling Police For A Ride

West Linn, Oregon (The Weekly Vice) - Zannish Schmeka Frazier, a 28-year-old Hillsboro woman was jailed after she allegedly burglarized a house, then called 911 and asked police for a ride away from the burglary scene.

According to the West Linn Police Department, officers were dispatched after a woman reported a burglary at her family's home. She stated that she was missing jewelry, clothes, and two laptop computers.

Nearby, a vehicle had been broken into, and the owner was missing a large duffel bag that contained a GPS device and other items.

Investigators say a short time before the victim called police, another woman, later identified as Frazier, had called 911 requesting assistance.

When police arrived at Sunset Park, where the woman was located, she stated that she had been kicked out of her home, and was cold, wet, and needed a ride to the closest transit center so she could catch a bus to her mother's residence.

She was carrying several bags with her, including the duffel bag that had been stolen out of the second victim's car.

Officers apprehended Frazier for an outstanding warrant, however upon inspection of her bags discovered they contained items that had been stolen from both burglaries.

Frasier was booked into the Washington County Jail and charged with probation violation, burglary, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, and theft.
