East Providence, Rhode Island (The Weekly Vice) - An unidentified man dressed in a Santa Claus outfit remains at large after robbing a local Yacht Club with a shotgun Sunday night.
According to Police, a bartender at the East Providence Yacht Club was preparing the bar for the evening's business Sunday when a heavy-set man entered with a shotgun while wearing a Santa hat, a Santa coat, a white beard and jeans.
The bartender scrambled to safety through an entrance into an adjoining business.
When police arrived, the bar's cash register had been plundered with an undetermined amount of cash missing. Police are continuing to investigate.
