
St. Louis, Missouri (The Weekly Vice) - Try to repossess Phylida Edward's car and you might wind up with a bullet in your ass.
Phylida Edwards, a 39-year-old North St. Louis woman was jailed Tuesday after she allegedly opened fire on two repo men who had come to take her car.
According to police, two men identified themselves as Metropolitan Repossession and Recovery employees who had arrived to repossess her 2004 Chevy Venture.
The men had entered the vehicle and were in the process of departing the premises when Edwards grabbed a gun and opened fire in the direction of the two men.
Arriving officers took Edwards into custody after removing her from her home. She later told police she was only trying to shoot out the vehicle's tires.
Edwards was booked into jail on charges of armed criminal action and discharging a firearm at a motor vehicle.
