Bradford Bartolo To Deputies: “Take Me To Jail, I Don’t Need To Be Out In The Public”

Indian Rocks Beach, Florida (The Weekly Vice) - Bradford Bartolo, a 45-year-old Florida man was jailed Wednesday after he allegedly went "crazy-ape" on two motorist's cars before attacking them.

According to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, Bartolo was standing in the middle of the road when he refused to let a 1970 VW convertible pass. When the driver of the vehicle stopped, Bartolo jumped on the hood, kicked out the driver's side window and tried to punch the driver.

Bartolo then reportedly jumped onto the hood of a 2005 Ford before punching the front seat passenger, identified as 68-year-old Phyllis Duncan.

Investigators say deputies arrived to find Bartolo drunk and unruly. Bartolo reportedly challenged deputies to "Take me to jail, I don't need to be out in the public.

Deputies complied with his demand.

Bartolo was booked into the Pinellas County Jail on two counts of burglary with assault, two counts of criminal mischief and one count of disorderly intoxication. His bail was set at $110,000.
