Medina And Tony Green Jailed After Child Discovers And Eats Pot-Laced Rice Krispie Treat

Boise, Idaho (The Weekly Vice) - Idaho couple Medina Green, 30, and Tony Green, 35, were arrested after a 4-year-old boy in their care was sent to the hospital after eating a pot-laced Rice Krispie Treat.

According to Boise Police, the couple had been caring for the boy in early August when the child discovered and then ate a Rice Krispie treat that had been laced with marijuana.

The boy reportedly found the treat in the couple's cupboard while Tony Green was away from the home and Medina Green was asleep.

The boy was taken to the hospital after exhibiting signs of slurred speech, bloodshot eyes and a sudden need to listen to old Metallica albums.

The Greens were booked into the Ada County Jail on one count each of felony injury to a child.
