Charlotte County, Florida (The Weekly Vice) - Robert Blevins, a 33-year-old Charlotte County man whose occupation is listed as quality assurance supervisor according to his arrest report, was arrested Tuesday after a sheriff allegedly witnessed him taking cell phone photographs of two half naked minor females.
According to the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office, Sheriff Cameron was out cruising around in an unmarked patrol car when he witnessed two 15-year-old girls allegedly flashing their bare breasts at motorists.
Authorities say Sheriff Cameron turned his car around and parked at a nearby fueling station in order to make contact with the juveniles when he noticed Blevins taking photos with his cell phone.
The sheriff was able to detain Blevins and the juveniles while calling for back up. I'm assuming he didn't want to put two minors with a propensity to disrobe and a pervert in the back of one patrol car.
According to authorities, Sheriff Cameron was able to determine that Blevins' cell phone contained a picture of the exposed minors and so the cell phone was taken as evidence and Blevins was arrested.
The unnamed juvenile females were taken to the Charlotte County Jail, booked, and then released to their respective parents. Each were charged with indecent exposure in public/exposure of sexual organs.
Blevins was booked into the Charlotte County Jail and charged with felony possessing photographs of sexual performance by a child and misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor. His bond was set at $3,500.
These two braniacs are lucky they didn't get hit by a car like Cherelle Dudfield when she flashed traffic.
