Melissa Robson Discovered The Shortest Path To A Jail Cell - Call The Police Department With A Bomb Threat

Shreveport, Louisiana (The Weekly Vice) - Melissa Robson, a 28-year-old Shreveport woman, was arrested Wednesday after she allegedly called the police department to say there was a bomb on the premises.

According to Bossier City Police, Robson allegedly called the police department threatening that there was a bomb on their premises.

Investigators and the department bomb squad performed a thorough check of the premises but no devices or threats were located, police say.

After a short investigation, Bossier City Police and Fire Department investigators located Robson and arrested her for allegedly calling in the threat.

Robson was booked in the Bossier City Jail and then transferred to the Bossier Maximum Security Detention Facility and charged with the communicating of false information of planned arson. Bond has been set at $25,000 and Robson is still incarcerated at this time.
