Tulsa, Oklahoma – (The Weekly Vice) Jesse Thornhill, a 28-year-old Oklahoma man, was arrested Wednesday after a landlord/tenant dispute came to a head when Thornhill allegedly attempted to run his landlord over with his van.
According to Tulsa Police, officers were dispatched after Thornhill tried to run down his landlord using his 1996 Ford Windstar Tuesday evening.
Investigators say Thornhill’s mother told detectives that she and her neighbor, who is Jesse Thornhill's landlord, “had been having problems with her son.”
She told them there was an argument Tuesday evening that was eventually carried outside.
When the landlord reached the roadway, Thornhill reportedly hopped into his van and attempted to strike her with his vehicle. The landlord was able to jump out of the way.
Thornhill was taken to the Tulsa County jail on a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon. He was released upon paying a $10,000 bond.
