Gilbert, Arizona (The Weekly Vice) - Jacob Walker, a 20-year-old Gilbert man, was jailed Wednesday after he allegedly posted an ad on Craigslist attempting to trade marijuana and an iPod for an iPad. He even posted a photo of the goods, just in case cops needed a visual for the arrest.
According to the Gilbert Police Department, Walker posted an ad stating that he had an Apple iPod Touch and approximately seven grams of "dank blue dream straight outta Cali," even listing pictures to prove he was ready to deal.
He stated that he was offering to trade both items for an iPad.
Investigators say undercover detectives replied to Walker's ad after being tipped off by an anonymous citizen and set up a meeting for the exchange.
Walker reportedly arrived with another man, 20-year-old Joseph Velarde, and confirmed his offer to trade. Both men were promptly taken into custody and charged with conspiracy to sell marijuana.
