Santa Ana, California (The Weekly Vice) - Weston Kruger, a 31-year-old California man, was arrested for allegedly killing a liquor store owner who tried to stop him from stealing a porn magazine.
According to the Newport Beach Police Department, Kruger allegedly stole an adult magazine from a liquor store in July of 2007 by hiding it underneath his shirt.
The store owner, Hao Huynh, saw the magazine and demanded it back. Kruger walked out of the store, refusing to give up the magazine and Huynh followed him outside.
The 275 pound Kruger then reportedly shoved the 100 pound Huynh with such force that his head cracked when it hit the ground. Huynh died the following day from a fractured skull and massive bleeding in the brain.
Investigators say the incident was captured on video surveillance and an uninvolved witness in the parking lot identified Kruger.
Newport Beach police later found the stolen magazine during a search of Krueger's apartment.
Kruger’s trial started Tuesday in Orange County Superior Court and if convicted, Kruger could be sentenced to life in state prison without the possibility of parole.
At the time of Kruger’s arrest, he was free on bail pending trial for allegedly attacking his live-in girlfriend in 2006. He was also charged with pretending to be a police officer and pointing a gun at a man in April of 2007.
Kruger has been charged with one felony count of special circumstances murder in the commission of a robbery.

This dude needs some anger management training. It is peculiar though. The store owner was less than half his size, and then there was his girlfriend. He seems to only pick fights he has an overwhelming advantage in. Oh and don’t forget about the gun incident. The person he pulled the gun on must have been able to whip him lol. What a sissy! Prison should humble this hot head.
