West Hartford, Connecticut (The Weekly Vice) - Philip J. Conran, a 42-year-old Connecticut man, made his first court appearance last week after he allegedly posted an ad for an orgy in his neighbor's name.
According to West Hartford police, a Craigslist ad was posted inviting men to come to the home of Conran's neighbor to fulfill her desire to "please as many" as she can before going to work.
Apparently, enough people showed up that Monday morning that the victim's brother-in-law stood guard and took down license plates. A few men even came to the door.
According to police, one potential orgy-attendee showed up at the wrong house and was arrested after he groped a teenage girl.
Police linked the posting to Conran through his IP address and seized his computer to examine it for other crimes he may have committed through Craigslist posts.
Conran reportedly targeted his neighbor, labeling her as a "bored soccer mom," in retaliation over a personal dispute.
Conran was booked in the West Hartford County Jail on charges of reckless endangerment, harassment, criminal trespass and risk of injury to a minor. Conran was released on a $75,000 bond.

What he did was not cool at all, but holy molly that is one long list of charges. Here on TWV I have seen people who have done MUCH MUCH worse and just gotten a slap on the wrist.
...next time, just write down her phone number on bathroom stall wall in a sleazy bar...
42 years-old is kind of a long life for someone afflicted with his kind of jackassery.
