Hamilton, MI (The Weekly Vice) - Daniel DuPuis, a 28-year-old Music teacher at Hamilton Elementary and Middle School, was arrested Friday after he allegedly masturbated in school.
A janitor with a nose for semen found the alleged "evidence" and turned the teacher in.
According to Michigan State Police, a janitor at one of the schools noticed several tissues in a waste basket and took it upon himself to smell them. He also reportedly found a pair of "panties" on one occasion.
Authorities say that the janitor noticed the smell of semen on the tissues on several occasions, so he brought it to the attention of the principal who then contacted police.
Authorities say DuPuis admitted to masturbating 5 times in an office at the school and then disposing of the tissues but denied any knowledge of the undergarment.
According to police, DuPuis stated that several children would practice in the room on their lunch hour and he would lock the door when they left so that he could masturbate. The room in question had a glass door with no curtain or shade on the window.
DuPuis was charged with felony aggravated indecent exposure and released on a $5,000 bond. He could spend up to two years in jail if convicted.

I mean even if you thought someone was doing that, its just not what you wanna be sniffin. Yucky!
Not that this guy isn’t a weirdo or anything, but how can he be charged with indecent exposure if nobody saw him? I agree some steps needed to be taken so that he didn’t take any of his fantasies to the next level, but they could at least have charged him with something that fit his activities a little better.
Oh and that janitor is almost as weird as the teacher… smelling tissues lol… FREAK!

This case should be thrown out...my god, yeah he might have rubbed one or 5 times out at work, but he didnt do it infront of any kids. That janitor is the real problem.

Anyway, if this guy admitted to it and didn't do anything to kids, it won't help him going to jail. He DOES need to be fired, see a shrink, and be on probation.

Not that what the teacher did was right, but, why in the hell was the janitor going around smelling used tissue? Thats pretty disgusting.
Mr. DuPuis is a good man and was an amazing teacher. Everyone loved his classes, he made music fun, and the musicals a lot less stressful. He made a mistake, yes. However, he does NOT deserve this.
We really miss him, and wish this had never happened.
Janitor's thoughts: What the hell is in these tissues? Smells like semen. Taste like semen. That teacher is one fucked up guy. I'm going to tell the principal just as soon as I get these stuck pieces of tissue and shit off my face.
i think they should let the janitor go also,if hes that nasty to smell tissues what else is he smelling, as for the teacher what an idiot
