Middletown, Ohio (The Weekly Vice) - Janice McCoy-Nuttle, a 49-year-old Ohio woman, was arrested Sunday for allegedly throwing her inhaler at a police officer after they found her drunk and lying in a bed, surrounded by Chihuahuas, and a white parrot perched on her forehead.
According to the Middletown Police Department, officers were dispatched to the residence for a reported domestic disturbance between McCoy-Nuttle and her husband.
When officers arrived, they found Janice lying on her bed, surrounded by five to seven Chihuahuas. Investigators say there was a large white parrot standing on her forehead biting her face and another small bird on her chest.
She was reportedly intoxicated to the point where she could not stand up or remove the bird from her face.
Investigators say Janice and her husband, Kevin Nuttle had been celebrating at a bar earlier that evening.
Kevin Nuttle told police the couple had to leave the bar because of Janice's behavior. They got into a fight on the way home and Janice hit him, injuring his ear. Kevin Nuttle then called police.
Officers put Kevin Nuttle in the patrol car and then brought McCoy-Nuttle onto the porch, where she denied hitting her husband. The officer let Kevin Nuttle out of the patrol car and was going to give them both a warning when McCoy-Nuttle yelled an obscenity at her husband and threw her asthma inhaler at him. She missed and almost hit an officer.
McCoy-Nuttle was booked into Middletown City Jail on a charge of disorderly conduct.
The police report indicates she banged her head on the bars and kicked at the windows of the patrol car on the ride to the jail and once at the facility, she threatened to kill herself.

Say what you want about Floridians, but those Ohioans are just as crazy.
I wanna sleep surrounded by chihuahuas! So far I only sleep with one. The parrot biting my face I could def. do without....
"five to seven Chihuahuas"?? Seems oddly specifically vague...
