LeClaire, Iowa (The Weekly Vice) - Anissa Lynn Reyna, a 16-year-old Iowa teen, was charged after she allegedly burned down her house because she didn't like her mother's punishment.
According to LeClaire Police, Reyna burned her family's home to the ground Monday - killing two cats and a dog. Reyna reportedly set the blaze when she became angry with her mother's manner of discipline.
Investigators say Reyna set a curtain on fire inside the home while her mother, an 18-month-old child and her disabled grandmother were at the residence.
Fire and rescue crews arrived on scene after the home had become engulfed in flames. The house has since been declared a complete loss, according to Police Chief Jim Pfeiffer.
Reyna, who has been charged as an adult, was booked into the Scott County Jail on a charge of arson.

Hmmmmmmm... Im thinking that there should also be three charges of animal cruelty in there. Depending on her past, maybe attempted murder too...

Agree with murder intent, animal cruetly, and destruction of private/personal property -- since I'm sure the house wasn't in her name. Glad that the alleged criminal is being charged as an adult. I'm tired of leniency.
