Holiday, Fl (The Weekly Vice) - Rebekah Michal Tracht-Kader, a 21-year-old New Port Richey woman was jailed after a box of pot was allegedly found in her vehicle with her name written on it.
According to Pasco County police, deputies pulled over a 1999 Honda CRV around 2:00 a.m. for running through a stop sign and driving south on northbound U.S. 19.
Deputies reported that when they approached the vehicle, Tracht-Kader had blood-shot eyes, slurred speech, and smelled of alcohol and marijuana.
During a search of Tracht-Kader's vehicle, police found a green box containing an undisclosed amount marijuana with "Rebekah's Pot" written on it.
Tracht-Kader failed sobriety tests and blew a 1.89, well over the state's .08 limit, according to investigators.
Tracht-Kader was booked into the Land O' Lakes Jail and charged with DUI and marijuana possession. She was released after posting $150 bail.

Well it is a good thing she labeled it. I hate it when someone else mistakenly takes my big green box of pot. All this time and I never considered just writing “mrbowtie’s pot” on the box.

1.89 I suspect .189 seeing that at 1.89 her blood would be like a light beer. Even .89 would be a record setting level which would kill 99% of people. These people must wake up in jail wondering how they got there; whereas I ask how they didn't get there sooner.
People don't even try to hide it anymore do they? They just need go go ahead and make it legal already...

Just letting all u fuckers know the box didnt say that! i pissed the cop off it said my name barely ledge able from years ago thou not denying it.The funny thing is that they only found seeds and stems from years ago and that wasn't put in the story neither was the fact i passed a drug test that day! everyone who is reading and posting this really needs to get a life.ya i realize i was in the wrong for drinking that much but im paying for it. So why don't all you reporters grow up and get a better story because the funny thing is if this is the best you got your pathetic and need to think about finding a new job.
