Kevin Roach Jail Booking ReportLand O’Lakes, Florida (The Weekly Vice) - Kevin Allen Roach, a 21-year-old Pasco County jail inmate, flooded a dozen jail cells and drenched medical and kitchen units below his floor Saturday after using a cord to break a ceiling sprinkler because he was thirsty.
According to Pasco County Sheriff's office, Roach told jail deputies he removed the sprinkler's temperature gauge, causing the sprinkler system to activate, because he was upset he didn't receive the water he asked for. Deputies also say Roach flooded the toilet in his cell and tried to flood his shower.
Investigators say Roach has been in the jail since May, when he was arrested and charged with grand theft and burglary for stealing and stripping docked boats as part of a New Port Richey boat theft ring.
Roach is now charged with obstructing fire extinguish equipment and criminal mischief.

Dang I’ll bet that was a mess. When a sprinkler system goes off it leaves black stuff and grime everywhere. BTW was he staying at the Hilton? He has his own toilet and shower? Is there a kitchenette in there too? Heck when I went to college and lived in the dorms we had community bathrooms… WTH?
Does anyone else find it hilarious that he flooded 'Land o Lakes, Florida'?
