Cincinnati, OH (The Weekly Vice) - Donna Toure, a 33-year-old Kenwood woman was jailed after she allegedly offered sexual favors in exchange for $5 and a Jaw Breaker.
According to Cincinnati police, Toure was speaking to an undercover officer when she offered sex acts for a small amount of cash and a Jaw Breaker - a type of hard candy.
Investigators say Toure also had several outstanding warrants for offenses such as prostitution and child endangering - which police believe to be connected to a 2009 arrest where she allegedly left her three young children at home alone, again making headlines.
Toure was booked into jail and charged with prostitution. Bond information was not available.
