Upper Darby, Philadelphia (The Weekly Vice) - Siri Pinnya, a 36-year-old man, was arrested after he allegedly propositioned and groped a 17-year-old girl before ultimately molesting himself.
According to police, Pinnya allegedly approached the 17-year-old girl, who was with her younger sister at a terminal, asking if he could pay her for sex.
The girl declined and Pinnya swatted the girl's rear end before trying to flee. The sister called 911 for help while the victim drug him to the ground, fighting and holding onto Pinnya until police arrived and arrested him.
The story doesn't end there…
After taking Pinnya to jail, Upper Darby Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood said that police were unable to process Pinnya because he was too busy playing with himself.
"We couldn't process him because he's sitting in the cell masturbating," Chitwood said. "He wouldn't stop so we had to wait till later to clean him up."
Pinnya was arraigned on charges of assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct.
He was jailed in lieu of posting 10 percent of $30,000 bail pending a preliminary hearing.
