Carlisle, PA (The Weekly Vice) - Ryan Hinkle, a 20-year-old Pennsylvania man was jailed after he admitted to having sexual contact with a 4-year-old girl.
According to Carlisle Police, Hinkle admitted to having sexual contact with a 4-year-old girl. The admission came after authorities completed a month-long investigation into the alleged incident.
Investigators say Hinkle directed the girl to lick his penis with her tongue. The incident reportedly occurred in early January.
Hinkle was booked into jail on charges of involuntary deviate sex with a child, indecent assault, and corruption of minors. Bail in the case was set at $15,000.

Lucky for Mr Hinkle he will probably get protective custody. If not he will soon be an expert on the taste of penis. Willing or not.

Now WHY was the bail only $15,000? That's only a year of college tuition! That poor child is going to have so much trauma and will most likely need tons of professional counseling because of this sick fool.

I know Ryan H. For a fact did not do such an act. The grandmother "coached"/"fed" the child a story and told the child to stick with it. Trust me If you know this family you would understand. As said before that's been all over Facebook YEARS ago the mother /grandmother have tried the same thing with three other guys as well. So I think the "system/county" should re-open the other files as well. This kid is looking at time taken from his life that he won't be able to get back so I'm hoping that the mother and grand mother of the so called "victim". So if you think about it nobodys waiting Antibes time!

unfortunately in todays' prisons, the Rape &abuse doesn't happen as frequent as it did in recent years :/ justice may be served, but it won't be to the extremity we'd all approve.
