Indianapolis, IN (The Weekly Vice) - David Delagrange, a 40-year-old Fort Wayne man was jailed after he allegedly used a shoe camera to peek under women's dresses.

According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, an officer who was working part-time at Castleton Square Mall Saturday approached Delagrange after someone complained that he was acting in a suspicious manner.

When the officer tried to arrest Delagrange, he resisted and nearly struck him, causing the deputy to taser him.

Once in custody, police found a camera attached to Delagrange's right shoe and controls for the video and audio in his pockets. Investigators say he would walk up to women and stand close enough to put his foot under their dresses, recording them while they were unaware.

Investigators obtained a search warrant for storage devices in Delagrange's home and vehicle. It is believed that Delagrange obtained an upskirt image of at least one underage female.

Delagrange was booked into the Marion County jail on preliminary charges of voyeurism, resisting law enforcement, and felony child exploitation. He is being held in lieu of $15,000 bond.
