Meet The Focklers - Now Serving Long Jail Terms For Having Sex With 12-Year-Old Relative

Bowling Green, Missouri (The Weekly Vice) - William Fockler, 41, and wife Erin Fockler, 30, were sentenced to jail terms after pleading guilty to forcing Erin Fockler's 12-year-old daughter to perform sexual acts on the couple back in March.

According to court records, William and Erin Fockler pleaded guilty to forcing Fockler's 12-year-old daughter to participate in sexual acts as both adults watched a pornographic movie.

Investigators say each spouse accused the other of forcing the girl to perform sex acts last March while the couple sat nude on either side of the girl. William Fockler also admitted to having sex with the victim two more times in the girl's bedroom.

William Fockler pleaded guilty to three counts of first-degree sodomy and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Judge Dan Dildine sentenced him to a 20 year jail term and a 7 year jail term - which will run concurrently.

Erin Fockler pleaded guilty to 1st-degree sodomy and endangering the welfare of of a child. She was sentenced to serve terms of 12 years and 7 years in jail - which will also run concurrently.

The couple was immediately incarcerated at the Missouri Department of Corrections. The victim and the couple's 8-year-old son have been placed in foster care.

Normally we don't identify victims in our reports. Unfortunately, every news report I could find on this story listed the victim's relationship to the couple, as it was an open detail of the court proceedings... This being the case, we're going to follow suit, only on the basis that this couple be known for the sick, twisted and perverted bastards that they are.

While we honestly believe this couple should have been jailed for life.... we're at least glad to see the judge sentence them to lengthy jail terms.

Now say goodbye to the Focklers..... we truly hope they have a Focking good time in prison.

Old MacConnell Had A Farm - And It Was Right Behind City Hall

Mint Hill, NC (The Weekly Vice) - Michael MacConnell, a 40-year-old Mint Hill man was arrested late Wednesday after police found a massive pot farm inside his home......which was within a short walk of the city's town hall and police station.

According to Mint Hill police, officers were called to the MacConnell's home after a man came into the station and complained he was assaulted at MacConnell’s residence.

Investigators searched MacConnell’s home as a standard procedure for the assault complaint, finding a massive pot farm that contained more than 300 marijuana plants.

Police also recovered 30 pounds of processed marijuana and a number of chemicals known for manufacturing methamphetamine. Mint Hill Police Chief, Tim Ledford, called it “The largest operation I have seen in my career”.

Investigators at the scene said the chemicals found inside the residence could have caused an explosion strong enough to take out the entire neighborhood.

MacConnell was booked into the Mecklenburg County Jail on charges of trafficking, possession of drug paraphernalia and manufacturing controlled substances. His bond was set at $36,000.

Police never saw any traffic going in and out of MacConnell's house? It seems like an investigation should have been opened long before this, instead of just stumbling upon it the way they did. You know, since this was "the largest operation they have ever seen" and all........

If you're going to have a 300 plant pot farm, perhaps it's not such a great idea attract police attention by assaulting people.

Donna Powell Left Something Valuable Behind - Charged With Abandoning Son Who Was Found Living In A Shed

Pensacola, FL (The Weekly Vice) – Donna Powell, 40, was arrested Monday when authorities discovered one of her abandoned children living in a shed on the property of her ex-boyfriend, Jerry “Tom” Gray.

The Escambia County Sheriff’s office received a call from Gray’s father regarding the teen that was residing in the virtually uninhabitable shed.

Upon arriving at the scene, they discovered a hungry, upset 17-year-old who had been left there when his mother moved out. Her other son, 13, had also been abandoned but was living inside the residence.

Authorities say Gray’s father contacted them on September 8th stating that he wanted the teenager off of his property. Deputies responded to the complaint and found the teenager living inside a shed with no electricity, running water, air conditioning, or heat.

The teen told officers that he had been living in the shed for approximately one month because he did not get along with her mother’s ex-boyfriend. He could not remember when his last meal was and authorities described him as “visibly upset,” claiming that he wanted to be where his mother was.

Investigators were not immediately able to locate Powell, and both children were turned over to their grandmother Patricia Monroe, who is Powell’s mother.

Powell was booked in to Escambia County Jail and charged with felony child neglect. She was released on $25,000 bond.

Julie Hubbard Got “Wee Weed” Up In The Back Of A Patrol Car

Deland, Fla (The Weekly Vice) - Julie Hubbard, a 44-year-old Florida woman was arrested Wednesday after using racial slurs against a black deputy and then urinating in the back of his patrol cruiser - all resulting from a simple traffic stop for an illegal left turn.

According to the Volusia County Sheriff's Office, Hubbard was stopped by Sgt. George Maddox just after midnight Wednesday when she reportedly made an illegal left turn.

When the deputy approached the vehicle, Hubbard immediately became "belligerent and unruly" toward him, according to the Sheriff's Office arrest report.

Investigators say the deputy was running a check on Hubbard when she reportedly made several verbal threats while banging her head against the partition that divides the front and back seats of the patrol cruiser.

She reportedly used several racial slurs and derogatory names to describe the deputy while spitting on his leg and stomach. She then threatened the deputy, stating "her father was a member of the KKK" and that he (the deputy) would "Get his."

Finally, Hubbard concluded the night's tirade by purposely urinating inside the deputy's car.

Hubbard was booked into the Volusia County Branch Jail (Indian Lake Jail) on charges of battery on a law enforcement officer, corruption of a public servant or family threat and obstructing an officer without violence. Bond was set at $21,000.

Mariah Shaffer - Charged With Disrobing And Then Fondling 14-Year-Old Boy In Her Care

Bristol, Tennessee (The Weekly Vice) - Mariah Shaffer, a 27-year-old Tennessee woman was arrested Oct 23 after she allegedly stripped and then fondled a 14-year-old boy in her care.

According to Kingsport police, Shaffer was arrested on allegations she repeatedly engaged in sexual activity with a 14-year-old boy she was a guardian of.

In one such incident, investigators say Shaffer walked out of a shower, disrobed and then climbed on top of the boy while nude. She then reportedly fondled the boy through his clothing.

Investigators say the alleged incident occurred Nov. 14, 2008 and isn't the only time Shaffer exposed herself to the teen. The teen also said Shaffer exposed her breasts to him on one occasion.

Shaffer responded by telling police the boy "repeatedly walked in on her in the shower" and that she discussed the incidents with her husband - a point the husband denied when questioned by police.

The alleged incidents came to light when the boy went to a school guidance counselor and disclosed the alleged incidents.

Shaffer was booked into jail on a charge of sexual battery by an authority figure. She was released after posting bond. A hearing on the case is scheduled for Dec. 8.

Andrea Billingsley Couldn’t Have Just One - Teacher’s Aid Charged With Having Sex With Two 15-Year-Old Students

West Jordan, Utah (The Weekly Vice) - Andrea Billingsley, a 31-year-old teacher's aid at West Jordan Middle School was arrested Tuesday on allegations of having sex with two 15-year-old students.

According to West Jordan police, Billingsley had sex with two underage boys between May and July of this year. The alleged sexual encounters reportedly occurred at an undisclosed location inside the school and off school grounds as well.

Billingsley met the boys while overseeing an in-school detention class. Police believe the trio continued to meet after the 2008-2009 school year had ended.

Investigators say Billingsley picked up the two boys at school July 20, took them to an undisclosed location where she showed them pornographic material and then engaged in sexual acts with them, according police spokesperson, Dan Roberts.

The sexual incidents came to light when the students were reportedly heard talking to other students about the encounters.

Billingsley was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail on two counts of felony sodomy, three counts of sexual abuse of a minor and 2 counts of distribution of harmful materials to minors.

Matthew McNelly And Joey Miller Are The Sharpie Marker Bandits

Carroll, Iowa (The Weekly Vice) – Matthew McNelly, 23, and Joey Miller, 20, were arrested Friday when their disguises failed to fool their potential victim or authorities. Probably because their disguises consisted of Sharpie scribbled masks that graced their rather vacant-looking faces.

Authorities with the Carroll Police Department received a tip that two suspicious men that appeared to be in black face were attempting to break into an apartment. What appeared at first glance to be black face was soon discovered to be permanent marker.

Police say they found the two suspects shortly after receiving the report when they pulled over a car that matched the description of the suspects’ vehicle a couple blocks from the apartment complex. Both of their faces had been haphazardly scribbled in with black marker, resulting in what appeared to be a…Batman…scruffy beard face…raccoon…I’m not sure what the hell they were going for, but clearly, it didn’t work.

Authorities were originally advised that the suspects were wearing holsters and thus the two were arrested at gunpoint. However, the men had neither weapons nor holsters and were arrested without incident.

Both Miller and McNelly were booked in to Carroll County jail on charges of 2nd degree attempted robbery. McNelly was additionally charged with DUI. Both were released on $7,500 bond.

Jason Marshall Attacked His Wife With An Ax

Mountain Home, AR (The Weekly Vice) - Jason Marshall, a 29-year-old Mountain Home man is facing multiple charges after he allegedly attacked his wife with an axe, after abusing her and their son in a fit of rage.

According to Baxter County deputies, Marshall attacked his wife on Monday with his fists, causing injuries to her back, head, arms, and pelvic area.

When her 9-year-old son tried to intervene, Marshall picked him up and slammed his head against the wall.

Investigators say Marshall’s wife, son, and 16-year-old daughter managed to get away from the deranged man. As they were driving away, Marshall reportedly picked up an axe and swung it at his wife, barely missing her. He hit the vehicle instead.

An ambulance was called to the scene and transported 41-year-old Elizabeth Ann Marshall, and her 9-year-old son to the Baxter Region Medical Center, where they were treated and released.

When deputies tried to arrest Marshall, he allegedly resisted arrest, forcing deputies to subdue him with a Taser.

Marshall was taken to the Baxter County Detention Center where deputies say he continued to be combative and caused damage to the booking area. He was placed in a holding cell in restraints.

Marshall was charged with domestic battery, aggravated assault and resisting arrest. He was ordered held in lieu of $250,000 bond.

Incidentally Marshall was on parole at the time of the attack because of another conviction. Investigators say that he spent time in the Arkansas Department of Corrections for attacking the same woman with a knife.

This is one angry, ugly man! His wife should have gotten away from him the first time when he attacked her with a knife! He was in prison, that made it easy. Oh, well, love is blind, I guess.

Hopefully this time she will be a bit wiser, for her son’s sake!

Ian Baker Is Just Smart Enough To Be Dangerous - Tells Court Officials A Jack Daniels Steak Made Him Drunk

Sheboygan, WI (The Weekly Vice) - Ian Baker, a 23-year-old Wisconsin man facing a fourth drunk driving charge had an interesting excuse for being intoxicated yet again....

According to court records, Baker was enrolled in the Intoxicated Driver Intervention Program after he was arrested in July for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. The arrest marks the fourth time Baker has been arrested on OWI charges.

Investigators say Baker attended the program Monday morning where he was given a blood alcohol test. The test resulted in a 0.07% blood alcohol level which is prohibited by the program.

When the caseworker asked why he violated the court-ordered mandate to not drink alcohol, Baker reportedly claimed he became intoxicated after eating a Jack Daniels steak the night before.

The caseworker clearly was not buying Baker's excuse.

Baker was booked into jail and charged Tuesday with misdemeanor bail jumping - a charge that carries a penalty of up to 9 months in jail.

Next on the menu for an excuse making drunk driver? Beer battered onion rings.

Shela Heights Branded Her 14-Month -Old Baby - Jailed For Burning Child With Clothes Iron

Kileen, Texas (The Weekly Vice) - Shela Heights, a 22-year-old Texas woman has been arrested after she allegedly used a clothes iron to burn her 14-month-old daughter.

According to Killeen police, officers were dispatched to Metroplex Hospital after doctors reported a case of possible child abuse.

When officers arrived, hospital staff told them that the child had burns in the shape of an iron across her chest and abdomen - and that the story given to them by the child's mother didn't add up.

Investigators say they spoke with Heights, who told them the child fell on the iron by herself. After examining the iron's shape and the burn impressions left on the child's body, it was determined that the iron had been pressed against the child's skin intentionally.

Heights was booked into jail on charges of reckless injury to a child causing bodily injury. She is being held in lieu of $100,000 bond.

15-Year-Old Girl Raped And Beaten For Hours While Attending Her Homecoming Dance - 5 Suspects In Custody

Richmond, CA (The Weekly Vice) – Salvadore Rodriguez, 21, Manuel Ortega, 19, and three juvenile suspects aged 15, 16, and 17 were arrested this week after authorities received a terrifying report that a 15-year-old had been brutally gang-raped while her peers not only watched, but took pictures of the rape with their cell phones.

According to Richmond Police, the alcohol-fueled rape, beating, and robbery that took place at a local high school Saturday night may have included as many as ten assailants, and even more witnesses who watched the attack and did nothing to help.

Investigators say the young girl was leaving her Richmond High School homecoming dance Saturday when she was invited by a classmate to drink in a secluded campus courtyard. It is believed the girl was intoxicated at the time of the assault, and that as many as ten young males beat and raped her for two hours.

Investigators say that at least a dozen bystanders watched the attack, refusing to intervene. Many witnesses instead opted to laugh and capture the rape on their cell phones.

Responding officers found the girl semi-conscious in the courtyard when they arrived. She was rushed to a local hospital by life-flight where she is recovering from non-life threatening injuries.

After the arrests of Ortega and the 15-year-old suspect, police obtained warrants and sent SWAT teams to secure additional arrests.

Ortega was booked on charges of robbery, assault with a deadly weapon causing great bodily injury, rape in concert, and rape with violence. He is being held on $1.23 million bond.

The three juveniles were booked on charges of rape in concert and penetration of a foreign object in concert. The 16-year-old suspect also faces a robbery charge. They will all stand trial as adults and are currently being held without bond.

Jaime Aguirre Has A Fetish For Mammogram Porn......Jailed For Being A Boob

Brimfield, OH (The Weekly Vice) - Jaime Aguirre, a 42-year-old Brimfield man was arrested after he was caught driving with a stash of mammograms, X-rays, and videos belonging to women and underage girls. Police believe that he was using these images for sexual gratification.

Aguirre was stopped on Sunday for a traffic violation. Police searched his car after they believed he was acting strangely.

Officers found hundreds of images of neck-to-knee Xrays and mammograms of woman, some under the age of 18. He also had pictures and video of women and children undressing, according to Brimfield Police Chief, David Blough.

Officers also found storage devices and marijuana in the car. When officers began looking through the storage devices, they found the images as well as names and identification numbers of the photographed victims.

Aguirre's employer, Advanced Medical Imaging, is investigating to determine how he acquired the images. He has been employed with the company since Dec. 2007.

Jaime Aguirre was booked into the Portage County Jail on four counts of possessing child pornography. He is being held in lieu of a $250,000 bond.

Susan Finkelstein Really Really REALLY Wanted A Pair Of World Series Tickets

Bensalem, Pa. (The Weekly Vice) - Susan Finkelstein, a 43-year-old Pennsylvania woman was arrested Tuesday after she allegedly posted an ad in Craigslist offering sex in exchange for World Series tickets.

According to Bensalem police, Finkelstein posted an ad on Craigslist stating that she was a die-hard Phillies fan and a buxom blond in desperate need of two World Series tickets.

Investigators say her ad went on to say "I'm a creative type! Maybe we can help each other." She allegedly stated that she was "gorgeous" and that her price was negotiable.

When detectives responded to Finkelstein's ad, she reportedly offered to perform sex acts in exchange for the coveted tickets. The officer set up a meeting with Finkelstein at a local bar, stating that he and his brother had World Series tickets for sale.

Finkelstein reportedly offered to perform sex acts on both of them, stating "Well, I'd rather have two tickets and I could take care of both of you."

"There was no confusion at all," stated Bucks County Safety Director, Fred Harran. "She was pretty explicit in what she was going to trade."

Finkelstein was booked into jail on a misdemeanor charge of prostitution.

As salacious as this story is.... I believe the charge in this case is both ridiculous and a waste of taxpayer dollars. When Finkelstein mentioned that her "price was negotiable"... That suggests to me that she would have paid for the tickets if the price was something she could afford.

Sure.... I believe she was willing to "give a guy what he wants" in exchange for getting "what she wants".... but little arrangements like that take place all over the country every moment of the day.

With the number violent crimes posted here on TWV each day, I truly have to question why authorities are mopping up time and tax dollars on something as asinine as this.

Luke Petruschke - Suspected Child Molester - Takes A Licking And Keeps On Ticking

Davie, Florida (The Weekly Vice) - Luke Petruschke, a 38-year-old Davie man was hospitalized and then jailed after two men beat him nearly to death for allegedly molesting a 3-year-old boy.

According to Davie Police, Petruschke had spent the night at the home of Manuel Vidal Vega, and was preparing to leave when Vega's son told him Petruschke had molested him sometime during the night.

Vega, a 27-year-old Davie resident was confronting Petruschke out in the driveway when he was joined by his 43-year-old neighbor, Krish Carter.

Investigators say the two men smashed out the windows in Petruschke's car, dragged Petruschke out and began pummeling him with fists, feet, rocks and pieces of concrete.

Officers, who had been dispatched to the home on a report of child molestation, arrived to find Petruschke hiding in a nearby wooded area and severely injured. Vega and Carter reportedly told officers that Petruschke had been in a car accident, however police determined that the evidence didn't support their claim.

Petruschke was hospitalized and placed in a medically induced coma. He has since been released and then booked into the Broward County Jail without bond on a charge of molesting a child under the age of 12.

Manuel Vega and Krish Carter were booked into the Broward County Jail without bond on charges of attempted murder.

Brett Walsh Abused The Baby While Suzanne Fox Hoped For Change

Grand Rapids, Michigan (The Weekly Vice) – Brett Walsh, 21, and Suzanne Fox, 25, were arrested Thursday when authorities learned Walsh had abused his baby over 50 times while Fox, the mother, stood idly by hoping he’d stop.

According to authorities with the Grand Rapids Police Department, Walsh admitted to abusing the child over 50 times since the 3-month-old’s birth. Fox stated she was aware of the abuse but did not intervene.

Detective Kristen Rogers says Walsh called 911 on Thursday and, when police arrived, he exited the apartment declaring he “screwed up” and that he had shaken baby. He later admitted to police that he had shaken his infant son “over 50 times” between September and October.

According to arrest reports, Walsh had shaken the baby for 10 to 15 seconds on Wednesday. The day before, the child was shaken for five minutes. When the baby stopped breathing on Thursday, provoking the 911 call, he was hospitalized for a traumatic brain injury. The infant is in critical condition and is currently on life support.

Authorities say Fox admitted to having witnessed Walsh shake their child, but simply hoped he’d eventually stop. Neither parent every sought medical treatment for the baby.

Neighbor Heather Brenner, who is a friend of the couple’s, stated she never saw anything that would indicate the infant was being abused. Walsh admitted to Brenner that he would get frustrated with the baby, and she offered to let him bring the little boy over if he needed help. Brenner further stated that the baby had been born 2 months premature, but that he seemed to be catching up well and was in good health.

Walsh was booked in to Kent County Jail on first-degree and second-degree child abuse. He is being held on $1 million bond.

Fox was also booked in to Kent County Jail on second-degree child abuse charges. Bond information was not available.

Matthrews Devers Plays Whack-A-Mole With Levy County Deputy

Bronson, Fla (The Weekly Vice) - Matthew Edward Devers of Bronson was arrested Oct 17 after he repeatedly punched a relative in the face before leading a deputy on an ongoing game of whack-a-mole.

According to the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Devers' long ordeal began when he spit on a relative he was mad at.

He then began punching the relative in the face repeatedly with a closed fist. When a female inside the residence tried to intervene, Devers responded by shoving her into a stove and kitchen counters.

When a deputy arrived on the scene, Devers was hiding in the laundry room. The deputy removed her Taser from it's holster and ordered Devers to lie face down on the floor.

Devers initially complied, however when the deputy tried to handcuff him, he rolled over and shouted "Shoot Me." He then attempted to get to his feet, forcing the deputy to deploy her Taser.

Devers screamed, pulled the Taser probes out and then ran out of the home and down the street. After chasing him a block down the road, the deputy finally caught up to him and again ordered him to the ground.

Devers once more refused the deputy's orders, earning himself a dose of pepper spray.

Devers initially complied with the deputy's orders to lay down...but continued to get up each time the deputy attempted to handcuff him.

Tired of chasing Devers around, the deputy opted for a different strategy - holding the suspect at gunpoint until backup could arrive.

Devers was booked into the Levy County Jail on two counts of domestic battery and resisting arrest without violence.

Christopher Swiridowsky Stops For No Man - Charged With Hit And Run After Fleeing Scene With Victim Still Lodged In Windshield

Providence, R.I. (The Weekly Vice) - Christopher Swiridowsky, a 30-year-old Providence man was jailed after he allegedly ran over 3 pedestrians. He then fled the scene with one victim still lodged in his windshield.

According to Providence police, Swiridowsky ran down three pedestrians around 1:35 a.m. Sunday morning. The victims were pulled over on the side of the road on interstate 95 after being involved in an unrelated accident just minutes before.

The victims stated that Swiridowsky then drove 1.5 miles while one of the victims, 24-year-old Jose Flores impaled in his windshield before stopping the car and taking off on foot.

Investigators say the only reason Swiridowsky stopped is because he was being followed by another motorist who witnessed the accident and called 911.

Officers later found Swiridowsky hiding in a closet in his home and arrested him.

Jose Flores is being treated for life-threatening injuries, including two broken legs and a broken arm, at a Rhode Island Hospital.

28-year-old Efron Trinidad, one of the other two victims is in the ICU in critical condition. The third person, Micheal Abrams, was treated and released from the hospital

Christopher Swiridowsky was charged with leaving the scene of an accident involving injury, and eluding police. His bail was set at 25,000.

Swiridowsky also was wanted on two other warrants, one for failing to appear in a Superior Court drug case, and one charging him with embezzlement.

Tampa, Florida (The Weekly Vice) - Christopher Albert Bucklew, a 34-year-old Florida man was arrested Saturday after he spent 40 minutes following a carload of girls around with his pants down.

According to the Tampa Police Department, Bucklew repeatedly exposed himself to a carload of women as he followed them around.

Investigators say the ordeal went on for approximately 40 minutes before officers arrived to put a stop to it.

When police finally stopped Bucklew, he was reportedly naked from the waist down.

Bucklew was booked into the Hillsborough County Jail on 5 counts of exposure of a sexual organ. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond.

Deputies Conduct “Girls Gone Wild” Smack-Down - Arrested 16 People After Women Remove Tops To Have Breasts Spray Painted

Yulee, Florida (The Weekly Vice) - A "Girls Gone Wild" video shoot held in a Yulee, Florida bar lead to the arrest of 16 persons Thursday night, including 7 women who were nabbed for indecent exposure.

According to the Nassau County Sheriff's Office, deputies were dispatched when a concerned citizen reported seeing a "Girls Gone Wild" bus that had rolled into town.

Deputies assembled an undercover team and dispatched them to The Mill Night Club after the bus pulled up to the bar and unloaded it's crew. Deputies investigated the situation because it's illegal to operate a sexually oriented business in Nassau County and public nudity is illegal.

Inside the bar deputies watched while bar staff, patrons and the film crew encouraged woman to expose their breasts, so they could be filmed. Women were also encouraged to spray paint their breasts for the camera.

After several women complied with requests to show their breasts, deputies pounced, arresting 16 persons who were involved.

Kim Karim Bateh, owner of the bar, was charged with operating a sexually oriented business and obscenity.

Paul Simmons and Robert Illo, employed by "Girls Gone Wild" were charged with operating a sexually oriented business and obscenity.

Customers Jack Clark and Gary Deehan Jr. were arrested for disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest.

Seven women were charged with indecent exposure. Arrests include: Diane Mickey, 21, Tiffany Bell, 29, Justine Demers, 21, Carmyn Jefferson, 19, Carolyn Mendez, 19, Cathy Mendez, 18, and Lorie Tipton, 29.

Four additional arrests were also made.

Johnnie Joe Hobbs - Convicted Sex Offender - Sets Self On Fire When Officers Attempted To Revoke Suspended Sentence

Tusla, Oklahoma (The Weekly Vice) Johnnie Joe Hobbs, a 47-year-old convicted sex offender burned to death Thursday after setting himself on fire as authorities attempted to serve a warrant on him.

According to the Tusla County Sheriff's Office, state parole board officers were sent to Hobbs' home to revoke his parole, but discovered he wasn't inside the home.

The officers then checked out a cargo van parked near the home and found Hobbs hiding inside.

Officers didn't have a chance to arrest Hobbs.

Vowing he would never be taken back to jail, Hobbs doused himself and the van with gasoline and ignited it, causing the van to explode into flames.

Investigators with the Tulsa Fire Department stated they did not immediately enter the van because of the danger it imposed on emergency workers. Authorities were also concerned with the prospect of Hobbs having a weapon.

Emergency workers were able to enter the van after it had burned for about 30 minutes. Hobb's charred remains were found inside.

Deputies say the officer had intended to serve Hobbs with three protective orders, in addition to revoking his suspended sentence. He was originally convicted on charges of showing obscene material to a child, lewd molestation and making lewd proposals to a child.

Betsy Hanks To Police: “I Shot Him So My Kids Could Have A Better Father”

Kelliher, MN (The Weekly Vice) - Betsy M. Hanks, a 25-year-old Kelliher woman was charged with second-degree intentional murder after she fatally shot her common-law-husband, then tried to blame it on her 3-year-old son.

According to police, Hanks called 911 on the morning of Oct. 20th to report finding her common-law-husband, 27-year-old Matthew D. Albert in bed with a gunshot wound to the head.

Albert stated to police that they had been up all night before arguing, after Albert accused her of having an affair with another man. Hanks stated that his claims were false.

After Hanks sent her two older children, ages 5 and 6, off to school that morning, She stated to police that she and the 3-year-old boy went off to Mizpah, MN for the day, leaving her 18-month-old and Albert behind at home.

When Hanks returned home, she stated that she found Albert in bed, shot in the head but still breathing, according to police. She said that Albert kept a pistol in a case by the bed, but the gun was missing.

Matthew D.Albert died on Oct. 22nd after being hospitalized at Twin Cities for 2 days.

On the same day Albert died, Hanks told an investigator that she had seen her 3-year-old son playing with the pistol and it went off as she tried to take it from him, wounding Albert in the back of the head.

However, later in the interview, Hanks admitted to killing Albert before heading to Mizpah because she wanted a better father for the children.

Hanks stated to investigators that she ditched the gun in a swamp. She later showed authorities where it was and the weapon was recovered.

Betsy Hanks was booked into the Beltrami County Jail on a charge of second-degree murder. She remains jailed in lieu of $1.5 million bail.

Patrick Foster Jailed After Throwing Brick At Wife Because She Wouldn’t Fetch Him A Beer

Tampa, Florida (The Weekly Vice) - Patrick Arnet Foster, a 44-year-old Florida man was arrested Friday after he attempted to throw a brick at his wife because she refused to fetch him a beer. A little girl sitting nearby was injured by broken glass when the brick struck a window.

According to the Tampa Police Department, Foster became angry with his wife when she refused to fetch him a beer. He then threw a brick at her in retaliation, but missed.

Investigators say the brick smashed into a window, sending shards of glass flying. The glass struck a 3-year-old girl who was sitting in a chair nearby.

Foster was booked into the Hillsborough County Jail on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, felony child abuse and disorderly intoxication. Bail was not offered on the aggravated assault charge, however bail was set at $2,250 on the other two charges.

Speaking of charges......

Obviously from the mugshots above, Foster is no stranger to Tampa authorities who have arrested him approximately 46 times since 1995. In most instances, Foster was jailed on multiple charges ranging from drug possession to domestic violence.

Naomi Perez - Teacher - Charged With Repeatedly Having Sex With Student After Vandalizing Student’s Car

Santa Ana, CA (The Weekly Vice) - Naomi Perez, a 33-year-old teacher at Saddleback High School has been arrested for having sex with a student. The alleged sexual relationship was discovered after Perez vandalized the student's car.

According to Orange County prosecutors, Perez repeatedly engaged in a sexual relationship with a male student between June 1st and August 27 of 2007.

Investigators say the relationship between the boy and Perez came to an end on August 26th. That's when Perez allegedly vandalized the boy's vehicle while it was parked outside a family member's home.

Investigators discovered the alleged relationship while investigating the reported vandalism which rendered the victim's car scratched and dented.

Perez, who resides in Brea, was booked into jail on charges of unlawful sexual intercourse, oral copulation of a minor and sexual penetration by foreign object of a minor. She was released after posting a $50,000 bond.

Perez was originally placed on administrative leave before she was ultimately terminated on October 13th.

Jared Colony Has A Bite In The Ass Coming - Jailed After Filling Dog Bowl With Vodka, Encouraging Puppy To Drink

Iowa City, IA (The Weekly Vice) - Jared Colony, a 28-year-old Iowa man has been arrested after he poured vodka into a puppy's water bowl and then encouraged the dog to drink.

According to Iowa City police, Colony was watching a friend's 4-month-old puppy Oct 17 with friends when he poured vodka into the puppy's bowl and encouraged him to drink.

Investigators say Colony had been watching the dog for about 30 minutes when the dog's owner returned home to find his dog barely breathing. Colony reportedly told the owner "Pip's just a little drunk right now."

The dog, a Puggle named Pip, was rushed to a veterinary hospital where he spent two days recovering from alcohol poisoning. Investigators say the dog was admitted to critical care and barely survived the poisoning.

Colony was booked into the Johnson County Jail on a charge of aggravated animal abuse. Bond was set at $5,000.

Edward Davis Gives Girlfriend A Severe Pummeling After Discovering Nude Photos Of Another Man On Her Cell Phone

West Palm Beach, Fla. (The Weekly Vice) - Edward Davis, a 28-year-old Florida man was arrested Wednesday after he allegedly beat his girlfriend because she had nude pictures of another man on her cell phone.

According to West Palm Beach police, Davis' 20-year-old girlfriend told investigators he discovered photos of another man on her cell phone after snatching it away from her.

As she begged for his forgiveness, he allegedly choked her, dragged her out to the backyard and then proceeded to beat her repeatedly in the face and body.

She told investigators that she curled up in a ball on the ground as Davis repeatedly kicked her. When she attempted to leave the home, Davis reportedly blocked her path and began pummeling her again.

Davis was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail on charges of battery, false imprisonment and contempt of court. Bail was set at $3,500, however, no bail was set for the contempt of court charge.
