Raibin Osman Called 911 To Complain About McDonald’s Order - Claimed “Free Speech’ Gave Him The Right To Call

Aloha, Oregon (The Weekly Vice) -- Raibin 'Ray' Osman, a 20-year-old Oregon man spent Memorial Day in jail after calling 911 to complain when he discovered his McDonald's meal didn't include the orange juice box he claims to have ordered.

According to the Washington County Sheriff's Office, Osman called 911 to complain over an allegedly botched McDonald's drive thru order.

Osman told 911 dispatchers that he got home to discover the meal he ordered from McDonald's was missing a drink box he claims to have ordered. He went back to the store and insisted that his order was wrong, however when the store employees refused to replace the order, he reportedly became angry.

Unsatisfied, Osman called 911 to complain. An employee at the store also called 911 when Osman continued to block the drive thru, repeatedly knocked on the drive thru window and intimidated store employees.

When deputies arrived, Osman reportedly refused to listen when deputies explained that it was inappropriate to use 911 emergency services for food order disputes. Osman reportedly told deputies that he "had the right to call police."

"He said it was a freedom of speech issue," said Sgt. David Thompson of the Washington County Sheriff's Office. "He was not open to having any deputy educate him.

Osman was booked into the Washington County Jail on a charge of improper use of 911. He was released the next day.

I wish I could say this was the first time some kid punk insisted he could say and do whatever he wanted because it was his 'freedom of speech' right to do so.

Well Mr. Osman - let me educate you how the system works. You do have the right to shoot your mouth off in certain instances where you aren't violating the law. But guess what. I have the right to put your "I'm a pain in the ass" mugshot up on the Internet, so everyone can puzzle about your remarkably poor shaving skills.

Isn't freedom of speech a wonderful thing? Next time do what everyone else on the planet does. check your order BEFORE you leave the friggen restaurant.

Bradley Brainard Is Having A ‘Ruff’ Time - Accused Of Having Sex With Child And Canine, Jailed On Drug Trafficking Charges

Atascadero, California (The Weekly Vice) -- Bradley Brainard, a 49-year-old California man has been arrested on accusations of bestiality, producing child pornography and drug trafficking.

According to the California Department of Corrections, Brainard was arrested on a police sting that originally suspected Brainard of dealing drugs and cell phone smuggling.

Authorities reportedly entered the man's home while he was at work. Inside the home, investigators reportedly discovered several pounds of marijuana, meth and more than four thousand dollars in cash. Investigators also discovered videos that depicted Brainard sexually assaulting a child as well as his dog.

The video allegedly depicted Brainard performing oral sex on a dog while masturbating. Police say he also engaged in sex with other dogs and an unconscious woman. They also found video of a child's genitals during a diaper change and a young boy wearing high heels.

During an interview, Bradley reportedly told investigators that he became interested in bestiality following a divorce that sent him into depression. No explanation was given for items also found in his home which included women's undergarments, bondage equipment and various sex toys.

Investigators believe Brainard, who works as an Inmate Day Labor employee with the California Department Of Corrections, was trafficking drugs into the facility.

He was booked on charges of drug transportation, sales and trafficking into the jail. Police announced that they did not expect to file charges regarding the contents of the videos they found. He was released after posting a $25,000 bond. His next hearing is scheduled for June 8th.

Amazing. The man filmed himself having sex with dogs and an unconscious woman - not to mention filming a child's genitalia during a diaper change - and they aren't filing charges on that?

But trafficking drugs - yes - that's an offense worth filing charges.

There's something pretty twisted here when the war on drugs seems to be of greater importance than a molesting a child or perhaps raping a woman.

Melissa Weber - Teacher Charged With Having After School Trysts With Student In The Classroom - Student Kept Track Of Affair On Calendar

Queens, New York (The Weekly Vice) -- Melissa Weber, a 27-year-old social studies teacher at Middle School/ Intermediate School 8 in Queens, NY was arrested Thursday after she allegedly engaged in a torrid sex affair with student in the classroom.

According to police, Weber had sex with a 14-year-old student on 7 occasions between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. between April 13 and May 14. Authorities also say she engaged in inappropriate behavior with the boy on 7 additional occasions.

Investigators say the alleged affair came to light when someone at the school tipped the boy's mother off to the teacher's suspicious behavior. The mother, who had grown concerned about the boy's behavior check his cell phone. That's when she discovered hundreds of calls and text messages between Weber and her son - the last message from Weber stating "erase your phone."

When police questioned the boy, he allegedly admitted to the affair. He reportedly had a calender which kept a record of the alleged sexual encounters. The teacher reportedly told him to not tell anyone because she could go to jail and lose her teaching license.

When police questioned the teacher - she reportedly stated that the boy initiated contact by touching her buttocks and breasts. She told investigators that she initially tried to push him away.

Weber has now been charged with second-degree rape, sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child. At her arraignment, the judge set bail at $100,000. Weber's attorney told the court that the teacher would not be able to make bail and would remain in jail.

Veteran Frank Larison - Attacked By Homeowner’s Association Over Marines Sticker On Car

Dallas, Texas (The Weekly Vice) -- Frank Larison, a disabled vet who served for more than 14 years in the U.S. Marines has a new fight on his hands - an attack by his homeowner's association over military decals on his car.

"To me, it's being patriotic and it shows that I served," said Frank, who recently received a letter from the HOA threatening to tow his vehicle over the decals.

The isn't an issue of having stickers on your car. In fact, most residents within the association have them. The issue, according to the board, is that the decals are deemed to be "advertisements".

The HOA board stated in the letter that the decals violate HOA rules and that the decals must be covered or removed. If Larison doesn't comply, the board threatened to have his vehicle towed away at his own expense. The letter also threatened a $50 fine for future incidents.

Larimore insisted the decals, which celebrate his service as a Marine, aren't advertisements. "You can't buy freedom," he argued.

Some neighbors are angered by the HOA's action.

"That is his identity. He goes to a lot of the veteran meetings and it means a lot to him. Everyone else agrees with it - it doesn't bother anybody," said neighbor Mary Castagna.

"He's in the Marines and he's proud of it and I don't blame him," said neighbor Paul Hardy. "If I'd gone through what he's gone through, I'd be kind of proud of it myself."

Larison's neighbors have good reason to be alarmed. Many of them have decals as well. Some of the decals found on vehicles parked within the community included an Obama sticker, a business sticker and a cancer cause sticker to name a few.

To stress the point, think of how many vehicles have a sticker on the back advertising the name of the dealership who sold the vehicle. All seemingly less important to the HOA than a Marines sticker.

One board member tracked down by a reporter said he was unaware the letter was sent out. He also stated that he wasn't aware of any problem with Larimore's vehicle.

"I haven't seen this," he said while reading the letter. "I will be looking into it."

The Weekly Vice Opinion:

You all already know what my opinion will be. It's obvious that some begrudged anti-military weasel cried to a buddy on the board and the letter was sent out before half the board even heard the complaint.

This is precisely why I loath homeowner's associations. City ordinances usually clamp down on most neighborhood issues - so these associations justify their existence by becoming political tools or a means to harass a neighbor someone doesn't like.

I've reported on several HOA harassment issues, but this one really pushes my buttons. I think Larimore may even have a case to sue the association. But if Larimore is anything like the vets I know, that would likely be the furthest thing from his mind.

Stand tall Frank Larison. With or without those decals, we know what kind of man you are.

Nicolette Brady And Chad Lee Lived Like Animals - Children Found Living In Roach Infested Filth, Flea Bitten, Unable To Speak

Metairie, Louisiana (The Weekly Vice) -- Nicolette Brady, 35, and Chad Lee, 34, were arrested Wednesday after authorities discover a 4-year-old girl and 5-year-old boy living in a bug and waste infested apartment. The children were found in soaked diapers, bug bitten and unable to speak.

"When a deputy tried to talk to the children, neither of them spoke and they apparently didn't understand what he was saying."

Sheriff's deputies investigating a child neglect case discovered two children living in a feces and roach infested apartment that swarmed with gnats and flies.

When deputies entered the residence, the floor was soaked - presumably with water - with layers of black mold covering most surfaces. The deputies found no food in the cabinets, but did find exposed wires hanging out of several outlets, according to the arrest report.

Investigators say the still-diapered children were covered with small scabs and cuts which paramedics later identified as mosquito and mite bites, the report stated. Neighbors confirmed that the couple left the children unattended often and that the children failed to exhibit language skills.

According to the incident report, the deputy first found the children hanging out an open window. He tried to talk to the children but noted that neither one would speak and apparently didn't understand what he was saying.

Both children are currently being assessed to determine the cause of their limited ability to interact. Speech and interactive skill can be slowed by a mental condition or simply a lack of stimulation. In either case, no documentation has yet been produced indicating the children had been previously evaluated for such condition.

Brady and Lee were arrested and booked into the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center in Gretna.

Brady was charged with cruelty to juveniles, desertion and resisting arrest. Bail in her case was set at $6,500. Lee was charged with cruelty to jeveniles and desertion. His bail was set at $5,000.

Teacher Sacked After Publishing Book Depicting Sexual Encounters With Real Students In Her Class - Parents And Students Defend

West Yorkshire, England (The Weekly Vice) -- Leonora Rustamova, a 39-year-old English teacher at Calder High School in West Yorkshire, England has been sacked after publishing a racy novel that depicts sexual encounters with some of her students.

The community must be outraged over such a novel, right? Well..... not exactly.

Rustamova's new book "Stop! Don't Read This" is a fictional story that focuses on five real-life students and faculty members at Calder High School where she taught. The book tells how Miss Rusky's "favorite" students discover a criminal drug den beneath the school.

It reportedly depicts the students flirting with the teacher and the teacher flirting back. One student is described as fantasising and flirting with Miss Rustamova while she says she would do 'anything' for a smile. She later describes how the students practiced "orgasmic moans' which sound like "the soundtrack to teenage gay porn."

Two characters in the book that are sunbathing shirtless are described as "looking like gorgeous Mr. Gay UK finalists" where there is some "pretty stiff competition." The book goes on to depict the student's involvement in drug use, theft and setting themselves on fire.

When school administrators got wind of the publication, Rustamova was placed on suspension pending an administrative hearing by a panel of school governors. At the conclusion of the hearing Miss "Rusky" was terminated.

So how did the school body react?

Following "Miss Rusky's" suspension, more than 250 students and parents held mass demonstrations in support of the teacher - saying she was "only trying to encourage the students to read."

Several students from the school said their studies were suffering because of the teacher's absence. One parent stated "I don't think there's anything there that would concern parents, unless they're Mary Whitehouse types." Another student insisted the book "helped us take school seriously."

The story really wasn't of particular interest to us until everyone began to insist that it's focus was to "help students read."

Alright - let's just cut the bullshit, Calder High. If the teacher targeted students as her readers - then she shouldn't have laced it with drug use, profanity and teacher/student sex overtones. If she was looking to make money on it, fine, but don't represented it as some compassionate tool of learning. There are a million novels out there a student can read.

To the parents who encouraged the mob mentality demonstrations - what kind of twisted, ignorant parents are you? Representing the sexualization of children as some kind of educational tool only proves that you yourselves are tools.

Michael Green Will Make You Listen To Him - Jailed After Attacking Ex Who Ignored His Phone Calls

West Des Moines, Iowa (The Weekly Vice) -- Some people become sad when a relationship ends. Others become angry or bitter. Then there's 37-year-old Michael Green.

According to West Des Moines police, Green began repeatedly calling his estranged wife, Brandy - wanting to discuss their relationship which was apparently on the skids. When she stopped responding to the calls, that's when authorities say he exploded.

Investigators say Green entered Brandy's home Monday afternoon and began beating her head against the floor as the children watched.

At some point Brandy attempted to call for help, but Michael Green broke the phone. Another phone was also broken in his zeal to cut off all access to the outside world. Luckily, however, a call got through, alerting police to the problem.

When police arrived at the home, they could hear Brandy and her children crying from outside the home. After entering the residence, they found Brandy on the floor crying as her two boys sat beside her trying to console her.

Standing nearby - likely with the same cocky smirk on his face - was Michael Green

After slapping the cuffs on Michael, he asked them what he was being charged with. After the officer indicated that the charges might include burglary - he felt compelled to inform the officer that the door was unlocked.

Michael, we think you might have burglary confused with breaking and entering. Burglary is punishable by up to 25 years in jail.

Green was booked into the Polk County Jail on charges of child endangerment, domestic assault and burglary.

Robert Whitehead Might Need A Good DUI Attorney After Driving Drunk And Crashing Into Several Cars - Wait, He Is A DUI Defense Attorney

Destin, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Robert Scott Whitehead has some 'spainin to do. After authorities arrested him for driving drunk, crashing into two cars and then attempting to leave the scene of an accident - you might say he'll need a good DUI defense attorney.

Turns out, Robert Whitehead IS a DUI defense attorney.

According to the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office, Whitehead was driving intoxicated Saturday night when he hit a car at the intersection of U.S. Highway 98 and Scenic Highway 98. He then reportedly hit another vehicle a short time later. Both accidents created major traffic backups.

Investigators say they arrived on the scene to find Whitehead "heavily intoxicated" with watery, red eyes and slurred speech. While deputies were processing the scene, he reportedly told them "I don't want to go to jail."

When fire crews arrived on the scene, deputies say Whitehead attempted to place his vehicle in gear in an attempt to drive away. Officers managed to pull the keys out of the ignition before he could get very far.

After refusing to take a breath test, deputies were attempting to arrest him when they ran into problem after problem. Whitehead had trouble finding his license, insurance and registration and then later needed a deputy to help put his sandals back on his feet..

When deputies tried to walk him to the patrol car, he reportedly stumbled along and then had trouble putting his butt in the seat. Deputies say he finally settled on laying down on his left side while kicking his feet "as if to push off an object that was not there," according to the arrest report.

After arriving at the jail, Whitehead reportedly stumbled several times - at one point pushing a deputy up against a wall. After refusing to submit to a breath test he asked the deputy to call him a cab, according to the arrest report.

Whitrhead was booked into the Okaloosa County Jail on charges of DUI with property damage and personal injury, refusing to submit to a blood alcohol test and leaving the scene of an accident.

We noted Whitehead listed DUI cases at the very top of his "areas of practice" on a website he advertises on.

Mr. Whitehead - perhaps you should drop that DUI listing down to the bottom for awhile until this blows over? Just a thought.

Jennifer D’Silva Loved Two Things - Neither Of Which Included The Baby She Left Strapped To A Car Seat, Marinating In Own Waste

Fort Walton Beach, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Jennifer D'Silvia, a 20-year-old Fort Walton Beach woman was arrested last week after authorities found her 7-month-old baby left alone inside her home, strapped to a car seat amid piles of trash.

According to the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office, 911 dispatchers received a call of concern on May 20 from a neighbor who heard a baby crying inside an apartment when no one appeared to be home.

When deputies arrived on the scene, they knocked on the apartment door, but no one answered. Doors and windows to the apartment appeared to be locked - so deputies contacted the apartment manager so they could investigate.

Inside, deputies found a 7-month old child left alone, strapped inside a car seat. The child's diaper was described as "overflowing with urine and fecal matter." The infant was surrounded by dirty diapers and piles of trash. The entire apartment was described as filthy and in complete disarray.

The child was transported to the Emerald Coast Children's hospital where an exam revealed the infant's head to be in a misshapen condition. Her muscular system was weak - a condition doctors said was likely due to being confined to a car seat for extended periods of time. The child was also suffering from a rash, blisters and a yeast infection due to a lack of diaper changes.

Deputies looked for the mother, D'Silva, who was eventually found at another residence in Shalimar. She was booked into the Okaloosa County Jail on a charge of child neglect.

Child neglect? Surely deputies are kidding. I can think of about 3 more charges that this case begs for.

I couldn't help but notice the boob job (she shows them off on her Facebook page).... She has all the time in the world to invest in herself while her baby girl grows up malformed - jailed inside a car seat. Priorities, ya know.

Now think of that for a moment. Imagine being strapped down for hours - perhaps days, marinating in your own waste. This is nothing short of torture.

Jennifer D'Silva, you may be an attractive monster - but you are a monster none-the-less. If there is any kind of justice in the world, you will never again touch this precious child. You aren't worthy of even having a photo of her.

Don’t Make Alexander Kabelis Angry - You Wouldn’t Like Him When He’s Angry

Boulder, Colorado (The Weekly Vice) -- Alexander Kabelis, a 31-year-old Boulder man was arrested after slashing dozens of car tires. Told police he was angry over mother, having braces, loosing license and radiation.

According to Boulder police, an officer spotted Kabelis squatting down behind a police cruiser at the Community Police Center around 7 pm Thursday night. After noticing the tire had been slashed, the officer took Kabelis into custody - recovering a knife from his pocket.

Knowing the jig was up, Kabelis reportedly went on a venting spree - railing on police about all the things he was angry about.

Investigators say he admitted to slashing the tires of 46 cars since late April - nine of which were police and Sheriff's Office vehicles.

"He said he was frustrated with the relationship with his mother," said Boulder Police spokeswoman Sarah Huntley. "He said he was angry with losing his license a couple of years ago."

Huntley reportedly went on to complain about everything else that had been wrong in his life, including radiation poisoning from a nearby production facility, braces he wore as a teen and once getting "buzzed" by a passing police car. The list of complaints, he explained, were the reason behind his decision to slash tires.

After getting an earful, Boulder police added two more reasons for Kabelis to be angry. They charged him with criminal mischief and carrying a concealed weapon.

Couple Jailed After Child Dies Of A Morphine Overdose - Stoned Man Ignored Child As She Reached For A Morphine Pill

Rhinelander, Wisconsin (The Weekly Vice) -- Matthew A. Lonkoski, 22, and Amanda R. Bodoh, 21, have been arrested after authorities found a 10-month-old baby girl dead of an overdose of morphine.

According to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office, Bodoh found her daughter, Peyton Lonkoski, dead at the couples home on May 4th. Autopsy reports on Friday revealed that the child died from an overdose of morphine.

Investigators say Lonkoski admitted leaving a morphine tablet on a table while the couple visited Bodoh's mother's house in Iron River. Despite seeing the child attempting to reach for the pill, he reportedly ignored the baby and continued to smoke marijuana throughout the day.

After the child began making noises of disagreement, Lonkoski said he realized the baby had eaten the morphine tablet. He also noted the tablet was missing from the table.

Lonkoski told detectives that he had smoked marijuana and snorted morphine that week. He added that although Bodoh was upset with him, she still left the child in his care.

Lonkoski told detectives that he tried to fish the morphine pill out of the child's mouth. After realizing the child had swallowed the pill, he attempted to wash it down with a bottle of milk.

The next morning, the child's eyes were glazed over, however he stated he was afraid to tell anyone about the morphine because he thought Bodoh would get upset. He explained that he couldn't take the girl to the hospital because he didn't have legal custody of her. Bodoh explained that she didn't take the child to the hospital because she though the child simply had a cold.

The morning after the couple had returned home from Iron River, Bodoh reportedly discovered the child dead.

Lonkoski was charged with first-degree reckless homicide, a charge that carries up to 60 years in jail. Bail in his case was set at $30,000.

Bodoh was charged with felony child neglect, a charge that carries up to 25 years in jail. Bail in her case was set at $20,000.

What a screwed up, disgusting and incredibly sad case this is to have to report. Both of these miserable failures and the homies who hung out with them all bear responsibility one way or another.

A friend of the family - Melissa Paznonski - reportedly told investigators that Lonkoski used to store his drugs inside the child's playpen and that the two of them smoked marijuana in front of the child. Hello? Drugs in a playpen?

Where is Bodoh's mother while this guy is roaming around her house smoking dope all day? How about a little parental guidance. How about a high heel kick to to his ass? Would this have been too much to ask for?

It just astounds the living hell out of me that so many people could float in and out of this child's life - yet everyone stumbles along as if they are stoned out of their mind.

Is it really any wonder many police officers regard the jackoffs they run into every day as complete imbeciles? I'm going to stop writing this article - there's seems to be no stopping the stupidity that lives among us.

Maria Guzman Hernandez - Teacher Jailed On Charges Of Having Ongoing Sex With 15 Year Old Student. Boy’s Mother Reportedly Approved

Hialeah, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Maria Guzman Hernandez, a 32-year-old sixth-grade teacher at Our Lady of Charity Catholic School in Hialeah, Fla. has been arrested for repeatedly having sex with a 15-year-old student. The victim's mother reportedly approved of the relationship.

When investigators attempted to locate Hernandez in order to question her, she was out of town with a student vacationing at Disney World. When she returned from her trip, she reportedly admitted to detectives that she had been having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old student.

Investigators say the Hernandez had a sexual relationship with the teen over the course of several months and that the boy admitted becoming sexually active in March.

The victim's mother acknowledged to police and child welfare investigators that she was aware of and approved of the relationship. Many of the sexual encounters between the teacher and student reportedly took place at the residence the boy shared with his mother.

"(The mother) apparently didn't find anything wrong with it, thought that the teacher was a nice enough person and good influence on her son," said Carl Zogby of the Hialeah Police Department.

Although the boy's mother has not yet been charged with a crime, she is currently under investigation for her role in allowing the relationship. Florida DCF workers have allowed the boy to remain in his mother's custody pending the outcome of their investigation.

The teacher, who is estranged from her husband to investigators that she was "going through a lot in her life," according to court documents.

Hernandez was booked into jail on charges of sexual battery on a child over whom she had custodial authority. She was released after posting a $10,000 bond.

Jessica Bailey Wishnask - Teacher Jailed After Cop Allegedly Caught Her Making “Intimate Contact” With Student In Back Seat Of Car

Greenville, North Carolina (The Weekly Vice) -- Jessica Bailey Wishnask, a 27-year-old 8th grade English language teacher at Pactolus Elementary School was arrested Saturday after police found her in the back seat of a car with a 15-year-old male student.

According to the Wilmington Police Department, an officer on patrol spotted a suspicious vehicle parked at Grace Street and N. Fifth Ave around 4 a.m. last Saturday. After noticing the vehicle's rear tail-light out and the the seats inside the car were down, he opted for a closer look.

When the officer approached the vehicle, he found Wishnask involved in an intimate act with a 15-year-old boy.

Wishnask began teaching at the Pitt County School on February 2 and resigned May 25 after learning about the charges. She previously worked at Williston Middle School where she was reportedly suspended in October and then again in November before she eventually resigned in last December for "personal reasons."

She reportedly worked for three different school districts over a 5 year period.

Wishnask, who is reportedly married with children, was booked into jail on a charge of indecent liberties with a minor. She was released after posting a $40,000 bond.

Half Naked Couple Caught Throwing Rocks At Highway Traffic - Game Over When A Rock Hit A Trooper’s Patrol Car

Lakewood, Washington (The Weekly Vice) -- Amanda Madison, 18, and Joshua Sizemore, 23, were arrested Monday after playing a strip game that involved throwing baseball sized rocks at oncoming traffic. Authorities say when they finally located the couple, Amanda appeared to be losing the game.

According to Washington State Troopers, at least 14 cars were damaged during a dangerous game that involved tossing rocks off a railroad trestle that overlooked Interstate 5 near Lakewood, Washington.

Investigators say the couple was playing a stripping game, the rules of which involved Madison shedding an article of clothing for every left headlight the two managed to bust out. Sizemore was required to shed clothing for every right headlight busted out.

Troopers on the ground were assisted by a State Patrol airplane which used a heat sensing camera to identify the couple's whereabouts. When authorities captured the two, Madison had reportedly stripped down to her underwear.

Police became aware of the situation when a State Trooper patrol car was hit by a rock. Ooops.

Although more than 14 vehicles were damaged during the 'game', only one injury was reported. A rock crashed through a man's windshield, bruising his arm, according to court documents.

Although the couple initially denied the allegations, they both reportedly changed their minds and admitted to the activity. When Sizemore was arrested, Troopers recovered 12 rocks from his pocket. He later stated that he was doing it "for the thrill" - not that seeing Madison in her underwear had anything to do with it.

The couple was booked into the Pierce county Jail in Tacoma on charges of malicious mischief and second-degree assault.

VIDEO - Two Teen Thugs Take Turns Beating / Robbing Elderly Man In Wheelchair

Miami-Dade, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Police arrested two teen thugs who they believe are responsible for an attack on a wheelchair-bound man earlier this month. Nearby surveillance showed the victim as he was beaten to the ground and then robbed.

Police arrested Royce Simmons, 17, and Xavier Hyland, 13, in connection with the May 8 robbery and battery of a wheelchair-bound elderly man that was caught on camera.

According to police, the teens attacked the man in the middle of the afternoon.

66-year-old Celedono Carrera was headed home, riding his motorized wheelchair, when one of the teens attacked from behind. The teen punched and kicked the victim as he struggled to defend himself. The teen then fled after obtaining Carrera's wallet.

A second teen, seeing the handicapped man on the ground, immediately followed with a second attack on Carrera. The attack lasted less than a minute before the teen had Carrera's necklace. Both teens fled the scene, leaving Carrera battered on the ground.

The entire robbery was recorded by surveillance camera, which was released a few days later to the media. After following up on leads, authorities arrested Simmons and Hyland just a few blocks from the scene of the attack.

The two teens have been charged with strong armed robber and battery on an elder.

I rarely post the mugshots of teens on this site - particularly that of a 13-year-old. I'm making an unapologetic exception in this case. I think the exposure is well earned.

I will however keep a tight reign on racial remarks... Let's not make that the point of the story.

KFC Opens A Bucket Of Whoop-Ass On St. Petersburg Mayoral Candidate

St. Petersburg, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Police have banned mayoral candidate Paul Congemi from a St. Petersburg KFC after they say he ruffled a few feathers at the restaurant over an eight-piece meal.

According to police Congemi reportedly ordered a meal at the restaurant and waited on his order. When the store manager informed him his eight-piece meal was ready, he responded by yelling "that's not my (expletive) meal!"

Witnesses told police Congemi proceeded to yell obscenities at several employees, refusing to leave. When an employee laughed at Congemi's alleged conduct, that's when police say feathers began flying.

When officers arrived and tried to persuade Congemi to talk to them outside the store, he reportedly told one officer "I don't like you, you gave me a ticket."

When an officer attempted to direct Congemi toward the door, he reportedly rebuked the officer, stating "Don't touch me, I am running for mayor and once I get elected, you will be fired."

Then officers asked Congemi to sit in the patrol car while they completed a trespass warning - a request that was met with more abusive language toward the officers.

"I'm not sitting in the car," Conglemi reportedly shouted. "I am not a (expletive) criminal."

After refusing to sign the ticket, Conglemi handed them campaign literature, according to the arrest report.

According to local reports, Conglemi's version of the story was a bit different. He reportedly explained that the assistant manager told him he had to order or leave the restaurant.

"I didn't like the attitude," Conglemi is reported to have stated. "I wasn't in a good mood that day and before you know it, they called police."

Yes, Paul....... When a store manager encounters a screaming lunatic in his restaurant who refuses to be reasonably civil, the only choice you have is to ask him to leave or have police frogmarch him from the premises. Believe it or not, there are other customers in the restaurant who aren't interested in what kind of mood you're in.

Amanda Jo Stott-Smith - Mother Charged With Murder After She Allegedly Threw Her Two Young Children Off A Portland Bridge

Portland, Oregon (The Weekly Vice) -- Amanda Jo Stott-Smith, a 31-year-old Oregon mother was arrested Saturday after allegedly throwing her two children off a bridge, killing her 4-year-old son.

According to police, Stott-Smith was taken into custody at a downtown parking garage, nearly seven hours after witnesses heard the screams of her children as they fell from the Sellwood Bridge in Portland.

Upon hearing the screams around 1 a.m., citizen Patti Carr summoned help and assisted in the search for the children who were eventually found an hour later in the Willamette river.

Dave Haag and friend Cheryl Robb used a houseboat to search for the children. They followed the howling screams to discover a 4-year-old boy floating face down in the frigid water. The boy's 7-year-old sister was discovered barely alive - struggling with what may have been her final breaths. Robb steered the boat while Haag dove into the water to retrieve the girl.

Both children were pulled into the boat and taken to the dock at the Oregon Yacht Club.

Police tried to resuscitate the boy, Eldon Jay Rebhan Smith, however they were unable to revive him. The girl, who's identity has been withheld, was rushed to a local hospital where she is expected to survive.

Seven hours after the children's discovery, authorities located the mother, Amanda Jo Stott-Smith - who threatened to jump off the ninth floor of a Portland parking garage. She was taken into custody after detectives pulled her away from the ledge.

Investigators say Stott-Smith had recently filed for divorce from her husband in March and has a prior police record that includes throwing "lighted objects" and numerous speeding and parking tickets. Other children in her care have been taken into protective custody.

Stott-Smith was charged Sunday morning with aggravated murder in the death of her son and attempted aggravated murder for her daughter's near drowning. She is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday afternoon

The photo above is the actual bridge the children are believed to have fallen from. Look closely at the drop from that bridge. As a reader pointed out, the clearance of the bridge is about 75 feet plus the distance from the bottom of the bridge to the road. It's really a miracle the little girl survived this fall, let alone trying to swim in frigid water for an hour.

Portland police say they received numerous calls about the screaming from both sides of the river - followed by a response from citizen volunteers who basically did the impossible in the black of night.

Those volunteers and alert residents are nothing short of heroes in our book. We thank all of you for saving this child's life.

Nga Khuu Had Idle Hands - Massage Parlor Manager Allegedly Threw Rocks At Customer After He Refused Sex Act Offer

Lodi, California (The Weekly Vice) -- Nga Khuu, a 32-year-old massage parlor manager was arrested after allegedly throwing rocks at a customer who refused sex act offer.

According to police, a customer from Oregon dropped by the Royal Day Spa for a massage - A frequent practice he uses to ease the pain of a gunshot would he received while serving in Iraq.

The customer told police that during his massage, Khuu repeatedly offered to perform a sex act on him for $50 - stating the woman was "relentless" with her offer. When he refused, Khuu reportedly became angry with him.

The man told investigators he became irritated with the pestering, stopped the massage and left the establishment. That's when he says Khuu followed him out and began throwing. One rock reportedly struck him in the chest while another rock hit his automobile.

Khuu was arrested on charges of battery, vandalism and solicitation of prostitution. She was also placed on an immigration hold.

Authorities say they've received numerous complaints about the Royal Day Spa and have since placed the business on 'administrative suspension'.

Albuquerque, New Mexico (The Weekly Vice) -- Tiffany Toribio, a 23-year-old New Mexico woman was arrested Thursday after she confessed to suffocating her son, reviving him and then suffocating him again to death.

The murder began to come to light on Saturday after a woman spotted a black shoe sticking out of the sand at a playground at Alvarado Park in Albuquerque. The find led to the shocking discovery of dead three-year-old Tyrus Toribio.

Eight days later - amid a nationwide appeal for clues as to the child's identity - Toribio told Albuquerque police she was the child's mother and would turn herself in. After initially providing a false name to authorities, she eventually confessed the grizzly details of the child's May 13 murder.

"She placed her hand over her son's mouth and nose and suffocated him," said police chief Ray Schultz. "She had second thoughts about what she did."

Investigators say Toribio then performed CPR on her son, which brought him back to life. Apparently unsatisfied with her decision, she then proceeded to suffocate the child again - this time to it's completion, according to Schultz.

When detectives asked Toribio why she did it, she explained that "she did not want him to grow up with no one caring about him, the same way that she had grown up where nobody had cared about her," said Schultz.

Police say Toribio was recently homeless because she had been kicked out of her mother's house and a friend's apartment for ignoring her son. Family members who say they are devastated by the news of the child's murder told police that they hadn't seen the child since last Tuesday.

Investigators described Toribio as a detached mother with no permanent address. Friends who knew Toribio explained that she hadn't provided emotional support to the child - and sometimes wouldn't provide food.

Toribio told detectives that sometime last Wednesday morning she and Tyrus were walking in Alvarado Park when they came to the playground area.

"Some time around 1 o'clock in the morning, she went to the area of the gym equipment. While laying in the gym equipment with her son, she placed her hand over her son's mouth and nose and suffocated him," explained Schultz.

After the child died, Toribio went under the gym equipment, dug a hole and buried her son

Toribio now faces first-degree-murder charges and is being held on suicide watch at the Metropolitan Detention Center. Sher reportedly attempted suicide just hours after confessing to the murder of her son.

Alison Peck Didn’t Quite Get The Message - Teacher Arrested And Then Re-Arrested On Charges Of Repeatedly Having Sex With Student

Greenfield, Missouri (The Weekly Vice) -- Alison Peck, a 23-year-old music teacher at Greenfield High School in Greenfield, MO. has been arrested and then arrested again on charges of repeatedly having sex with an underage student.

According to Greenfield authorities, Peck faces statutory rape and sodomy charges in Dade and Lawrence counties involving an alleged sexual relationship with a student under the age of 17.

According to court records, Peck began exchanging text messages with the student in December, 2008 eventually leading to a sexual relationship. Peck reportedly told investigators that she repeatedly had sex with the student beginning in January at her home in Mt. Vernon and at Fiddler's Ford in Dade County.

Now, Peck has been arrested for a second time on allegations of witness tampering and engaging in sex with a minor under the age of 14.

Prosecutors say two of Peck's friends contacted the same boy on May 15th to set up a meeting. Peck, the two friends and the boy reportedly met at the American Inn in Springfield, Missouri. After Peck's friends left, Peck and the boy reportedly spent the night together at the motel.

Peck was re-booked into the Greene County Jail on additional charges of witness tampering and statutory rape. Bond was set at $200,000.

At Peck's first appearance on the new charge, a Greene County judge ordered peck to have no contact with the boy, his family or the two friends who drove the boy to the meeting.

Post Wedding Brawl Over Marijuana Lands Groom, Best Man And Father Of The Bride In Jail

Punta Gorda, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- A wedding reception brawl over marijuana turned physical earlier this month landing the groom, the best man and the father of the bride in jail.

According to Punta Gorda police, the wedding party was celebrating at a local hotel when the bride, groom and best man stepped into an elevator bound for the top-floor festivities. But when the elevator doors opened, the fight was on.

Investigators say the fight began when the bride and best man began arguing over marijuana. When the best man slapped the bride, the groom (who is the best man's brother) began throwing punches in retaliation... Before it was all over, even the bride's father stepped in to get a punch off.

Police say officers were forced to use pepper spray to bring the brawling brothers under control.

The three men were booked into the Charlotte County Jail May 10th on the following charges.

Jason Brian Hartzell, 32 - disorderly intoxication in a public place and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $1500 in his case.

James Bradley Hartzell, 35 - Battery on an officer, firefighter or EMT, resisting arrest with violence and disorderly intoxication in public. Bond was set at $11,000.

Marlon Runkle, 58 - resisting arrest and disorderly intoxication in public. Bond was set at $1,500.

Theresa Platt Got Her Wish - Starved, Ant Bitten Children Taken Into Custody After She Tried To Pawn Them Off On Good Samaritan

Port St. Lucie, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Theresa Platt, a 34-year-old Florida woman was arrested last week on child neglect charges authorities found her children unfed for days, riddled with ant bites.

Platt, who reportedly freeloads from house to house with her three young children was taken into custody after one of her hosts became concerned with the abuse she allegedly dished out to her children.

According to St. Lucie County deputies, a man who took pity on the family recently put them up in a converted garage inside his home. Pity turned to concern when he reportedly saw Platt becoming abusive to her children - two 3-year-old twins and her 6-year-old son.

The man told deputies Platt didn't feed the children for three days, despite receiving food stamps. When the man's friend offered to take Platt's children to school, Platt reportedly told her "I don't want them. You can have them. I don't want to take care of them," according to the arrest report.

When deputies arrived, they found the children mal-nourished and covered with ant bites. Platt told deputies she was unable to support the children because their father was in prison.

As for the food stamps - Platt reportedly sold them. There was no explanation as to where the money was spent.

Platt was booked into the St. Lucie County Jail on three counts of child neglect. The children were taken into protective custody.

As sad as this story is, the woman seems to have gotten her wish. She's been released from jail now.... lost somewhere in Florida..... and her children? Those are now the taxpayer's problem.

I'll bet a week's pay Platt will end up pregnant again inside of two years and the whole cycle will start again. Any takers?

Cousins Charged With Animal Abuse After Reportedly Tossing Dog Out Window Of Speeding Car - Now Demanding Dog’s Return

New Bedford, Massachusetts (The Weekly Vice) -- Cousins Jimmy Correa, 24, and Jenny Torres, 31, were arraigned Wednesday on felony animal abuse charges after they reportedly tossed a dog out the window of a speeding car. Now they want the dog back.

According to New Bedford Police, a witnesses watched Monday as a 1-year-old Chihuahua named Princess flew out the window of a speeding SUV.

Witnesses told authorities they first thought the dog might have fallen out of the car by accident. That impression changed, however, when the couple reportedly circled back towards the dog and yelled insults at it.

Investigators believe Torres was driving the car when Correa tossed the dog out of the window. Nearby neighbors told detectives they overheard the couple as they called the dog "stupid". The couple's return also allowed witnesses to write down the vehicle's license plate number.

Jimmy Correa disputes the claims of witnesses - calling the whole thing a misunderstanding. He went on to state that he was in the car by himself and that the dog ran out when he opened the door.

The most astounding of all - The two are now demanding the dog's return, claiming that it belongs to Torres 3-year-old daughter.

Although Torres signed the dog over to animal control on the day of the incident, Correa claimed Torres didn't understand what she was signing.

Princess is currently recovering at the Forever Paws animal shelter in Fall River. The shelter plans to offer Princess for adoption in two weeks. Liz Tidwell, an employee at the shelter says the facility has received more than 100 phone calls and emails with offers to adopt Princess. (and we're sure there will be far more)

Oh Correa - who in the hell do you think you're fooling? 3-year-old children can't legally own anything you dork. Also, if Torres is stupid enough to sign something without knowing what she's signing - she shouldn't be trusted with a pet's life anyway. We aren't diggin' the cranberry hair anyway.

The ONLY good part of this story is KNOWING there is no chance in hell police are giving that dog back to you.

Lansdale, Pennsylvania (The Weekly Vice) -- Heather Lynne Zeo, a 36-year-old math teacher at North Penn High School in Lansdale, PA has been arrested on allegations of having sex with one student and pursuing an inappropriate relationship with another.

Zeo, who is a married mother with four children was charged Thursday with Endangering the welfare of a child and corruption of minors.

According to Montgomery County prosecutors, Zeo pursued two of her students through Internet chats and phone conversations. Her efforts allegedly culminated into having sex with a 17-year-old student inside her green minivan at a shopping center parking lot.

Investigators say the relationship began in April involving sexually explicit conversations at school, on the phone and over the Internet. It is also alleged that Zeo engaged in sexually explicit conversations with a second student that included invitations that he visit her in class when she was alone so the two of them could have sex.

Investigators say Zeo admitted to having sex with one of the boys.

The Lansdale community has expressed shock over the arrest, citing Zeo as a a helpful teacher who never hesitated to give student her time when they needed help. She has also released a CD of music titled "Light As A Feather" which features faith-based songs and math-oriented tunes.

Zeo was arraigned and then released after posting a $25,000 bond.

The Weekly Vice Opinion:

There are some video captures of Zeo's arrest with her husband who appears to be standing by her... However in this case the real tragedy isn't so much about the sex itself as it is the effect it will have on her children.

Mom has put herself out there as Christian singer - which has local press almost giddy about the paradox of her faith in comparison to the charges.

Her faith is irrelevant. The sexual assault of children is a problem that bleeds into every class, nationality, sexual orientation, profession and ideology under the sun. Local media needs to grow up and stick to the crime itself - particularly since journalist are ALSO found having sex with children often enough.
