Annmarie Brickner Is A Wedding Crasher - Beats Up Sister At Her Own Wedding Reception

Hebron, Indiana (The Weekly Vice) -- Annmarie Brickner, a 23-year-old Valparaiso, Indiana woman was arrested Friday after beating up her sister at her sister's own wedding reception.

According to police, Lori Kappas and Nicholas Landry were attending their wedding reception last Friday when the bride's uninvited sister, Brickner, showed up.

Kappas told authorities she had just arrived at the reception location when Brickner walked up to her vehicle and began pounding on the window. Although Kappas initially refused to leave the safety of the car, she eventually got out and tried to ignore Brickner on the walk up to the house.

When Kappas reached the porch of the house, witnesses say Brickner grabbed the bride's hair and pulled her to the ground. Witnesses told police that two guests pulled Brickner off of Kappas, but in doing so - clumps of the bride's hair were pulled out.

Brickner told investigators that she just wanted to talk to her sister and parents about "family problems" and insisted that she did not attack her sister. She told investigators that instead, an "old lady" and two men jumped her.

Five witnesses however told investigators that Brickner did, in fact, attack her sister.

Brickner's children, who were waiting in a car during the alleged attack, were released to their father.

Brickner also reportedly resigned her job as a Porter County 911 emergency dispatcher following the alleged attack.

Brickner was arrested on a misdemeanor battery charges for the alleged attack.

Carmen Cardenas - Florida Woman Cracks Her Newborn Baby’s Skull

Lakeland, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Carmen Cardenas, a 36-year-old Lakeland, Florida woman was arrested Thursday after she fractured a month-old infant's skull.

According to the Polk County Sheriff's Office, Cardenas called her husband Wednesday complaining that her baby was breathing erratically. He rushed home and transported the two to Bartow Regional Medical Center. Because of the severity of the child's injuries, the baby was flown to St. Joseph's Hospital in Tampa.

Medical staff at St. Joseph told authorities that the baby had suffered a fracture skull, a bruise to the back of the head, bruising above his groin and a cut on his genitals.

Faced with evidence of the child's injuries, Cardenas allegedly admitted to abusing the child on two occasions when the child would not stop crying.

On one occasion, Cardenas explained that she swung the baby around, striking his head on the crib. She also admitted to dropping the baby on the rail of his crib two weeks earlier, according to the deputy's arrest affidavit.

Cardena's husband told deputies that he suspected that his wife was abusing the baby, but did not see enough evidence to confront her, according to the arrest report.

Charles Dyson - Ohio Man Charged With Rape After Impregnating 11-Year-Old Girl

Wooster, Ohio (The Weekly Vice) -- Charles Dyson, a 33-year-old Ohio man has been arrested on multiple rape charges after impregnating an 11-year-old girl.

According to Wooster Police, authorities were notified when medical staff at Wooster Community Hospital alerted them to an 11-year-old girl who was pregnant. The girl came to the hospital complaining of abdominal pain and nausea, but soon learned she was 9 weeks pregnant.

The victim told investigators that Dyson had attempted multiple times to have sex with her while the two were residing at the same address. She stated that Dyson was successful in having intercourse with her on two occasions.

In the intervening time, the girl terminated the pregnancy, by which investigators were able to extract a DNA sample from the fetal tissue. That sample was compared with a DNA swab sample that was taken from Dyson.

DNA analysis performed by the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification established a match, determining Dyson as the father of the 11-year-old girl's unborn child.

Dyson was booked into the Wayne County Jail on two counts of rape. He is being held in lieu of $250,000 bond.

This story is nauseating as is. But when you view this shriveled pecker's MySpace profile, you realize just how pathetic and twisted this fool is. His profile name "Do You Right" really pretty much sums up the extent of his character. And since he obviously fails at THAT.... What more is there left to say? Hopefully there will be a few sex starved skinheads in cell block "B" who will do HIM right.

Carmina Lopez - California Teacher Accused Of Having A Four-Year-Long Sexual Relationship With An 11-Year-Old Boy

Chula Vista, California (The Weekly Vice) -- Carmina Lopez, a 32-year-old fifth-grade teacher at Sunnyslope Elementary School in Palm City California was arrested Wednesday on charges of having a 4-year long sexual relationship with 11-year-old boy.

According to police, Lopez now faces 83 counts of child sex assault stemming from an alleged ongoing sexual relationship with a her former student and godson.

Investigators believe Lopez began having sex with the boy when he was in her sixth-grade class at Nestor Elementary School in San Diego. The relationship allegedly continued up until June of last year.

The alleged sexual abuse occurred at Lopez' homes in Chula Vista and San Diego as well as her vehicle and at a school.

Authorities first became aware of the alleged abuse when information about the sexual activity came out during a counseling session. The boy has reportedly been suffering from psychological issues and has been seeing a counselor.

Lopez was taken into custody Wednesday night at her home in San Diego. She was questioned until early Thursday and then booked into the Las Colinas Jail on 83 charges including continuous sexual abuse of a child, aggravated sexual assault of a child, sexual battery of a child, sexual intercourse with a minor, lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14, child cruelty and failing to report child abuse.

She is currently being held without bail.

The Weekly Vice Opinion:

It must be noted that there is a very long list of co-workers, neighbors and acquaintences of this teacher who are stead-fast in their defense of this teacher's character.

Considering the absolute seriousness of a case like this, we dearly hope that prosecutors are extremely thorough and careful on this one. 83 counts is a tremendous case to bring. I hope investigators do their due dillegence in shoring up enough evidence to back every single charge up.

Something about this case doesn't feel quite right.

Melissa Barry - Michigan Woman Jailed On Charges Of Having Sex With Baby

Caro, Michigan (The Weekly Vice) -- Melissa Sue Barry, a 29-year-old Michigan woman was charged Friday with repeatedly engaging in sexual activity with a 15-month-old baby.

According to Tuscola County prosecutors, Barry allegedly attempted to have sex with a 15-month-old male baby sometime in January 2009.

Prosecutor Mark Reene stated that "Barry is not a relative of the victim, but was residing with the victim and his family during the time the incidents occurred."

Barry was booked into the Tuscola County Jail on two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, one count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct and three counts of third-degree child abuse. She is being held in lieu of a $150,000 bond.

Barry is schedule to appear in Tuscola County District Court again on Jan 30 and then again on Feb. 6 for a preliminary examination.

First-degree criminal sexual conduct carries a sentence of life in prison. Second-degree sexual criminal sexual conduct carries a penalty of 15 years in prison. Third-degree child abuse carries a maximum term of two years in prison.

Codey Hawks - Charged With Repeatedly Raping 12-Year-Old Boy After Meeting Him Through Online Gaming Community

Parma, Ohio (The Weekly Vice) -- Codey R. Hawks, a 19-year-old Michigan man was arrested Monday on charges that he repeatedly raped a 12-year-old boy who he met on X-Box Live.

Police say Hawks met the boy and his father through the online gaming community, X-Box Live, which allows members to communicate with each other while playing games.

Investigators say Hawks traveled by bus from Burton, Michigan to Parma, Ohio and asked if he could stay with the family until he was due to ship out with the National Guard in February. The family agreed.

Police say during his stay with the family, Hawks repeatedly raped the boy.

When the boy's parents became suspicious of the relationship, they questioned their son about what was going on and then called police. Detectives questioned Hawks, who allegedly admitted to sexually assaulting the boy when his parents weren't home.

Hawks was arrested and booked into the Cuyahoga County Jail on multiple counts of rape and gross sexual imposition.

Janice McCarl - Woman Charged With Raping Male Friend

Longmont, Colorado (The Weekly Vice) -- Janice Lynette McCarl, a 53-year-old Longmont woman, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of drugging a male friend during a backyard barbecue and then raping him.

"When he woke up, [the victim] remembered Janice had her hands in him... in his Ass," stated the police report.

According to Longmont Police, McCarl was attending a Barbecue at a 50-year-old male friend's house last November when the alleged sexual assault took place.

The victim told police that he became sleepy and passed out shortly after the barbecue. When he awoke a short time later, he remembered McCarl molesting him with her hand "in his ass". He stated that he regained consciousness about 30 minutes later, but couldn't wake himself up fully. He subsequently fell asleep while hearing her say "It's okay, go back to sleep."

The victim went on to tell investigators that when he woke up the next day, McCarl was laying in bed next to him. He also noticed that her shirt had lotion and blood on it. There was also a bottle of lubriderm on the table next to where she had been sleeping.

Days later, the victim began to "put the pieces together" of what had allegedly happened as he slept. When he confronted McCarl, she admitted to drugging and molesting him, but would not admit to what [drug] she used.

Longmont police say McCarl and the alleged victim had a consensual intimate relationship prior to the reported incident.

After a lengthy investigation into the matter, McCarl was arrested and booked into the Boulder County Jail on suspicion of 3rd-degree sexual assault. McCarl appeared before a Boulder County judge on Thursday, who set her bail at $10,000.

The Casey Anthony Voo Doo Doll.... For Those Who Want To Stick It To The Family One More Time

eBay, crazyville (The Weekly Vice) -- Just a few days ago, we alerted you to the recently released Caylee Sunshine Doll, which was characterized after murder victim Caylee Anthony. The product, offered by Showbiz Promotions, didn't receive a very good review here on the Vice. The exploitation of a victim for monetary gain seemed to be quite over the top to me.

That company has now since introduced a whole set of dolls, some of them donning baseball caps to cover up the Caylee Anthony styled haircut the doll was given.

But as they say, every coin has two sides, and this one apparently does as well.

Within the same week, another doll maker decided to cash in on the whole Casey Anthony murder case fiasco by introducing the Casey Anthony Voodoo Doll.

The dolls, created by an unnamed artist (under the eBay account mtmprofits2008), is offering the opportunity to stick -it to Casey with a starting auction bid of $29.99.

The artist claims to be a studied, practiced and renoun Spiritual Healer that apparently resides in New Orleans.

For those who have been in need of a pin cushion lately, the doll comes several ways. The product line includes a New Orleans Casey Anthony Ltd Edition Doll, a Mad Money Doll, and more recently a Flag Dress Doll.

At the time of this writing, two dolls were in auction and had zero bids.

David Richardson And Justin Pope Called 911 With A Serious Emergency. They Had Just Been Scammed In A Marijuana Purchase

Fort Pierce, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Two Fort Pierce, Florida men called 911 Wednesday night with a serious emergency. They had just spent $450 on fake marijuana and demanded help at once!

David Richardson, 23, and Justin Pope, 22, were arrested Wednesday on a charge of making a false police report after being scammed out of $450 and then allegedly lying about to authorities about how they lost it.

The two men originally told St. Lucie County Deputies they had lost the money when two men stepped in front of their car and demanded money at gunpoint. Richardson's girlfriend, who was also in the vehicle, described an assailant with "twists" in his hair getting away with $450.

Authorities rounded up 11 possible robbery suspects, including the alleged gunmen. But when authorities questioned the gunman, the real story came out.

The gunman told police that his cousin had contacted him about two men who wanted to purchase marijuana. After getting repeated calls to agree to the sale, he finally packaged up a bundle of herbs and sold it to the suspects for $450.

When Richardson and Pope realized that they had just paid for a bundle of worthless herbs, they conjured up a story about being robbed and called 911, according to deputies.

Both men were booked into the St. Lucie County Jail on a charge of filing a false report to law enforcement. Pope faces one additional charge of making a false 911 call, since he was the one that allegedly made the call.

Joseph Houston - Brewster Police Officer Accused Of Exposing Himself And Urinating On A Patron At A Metallica Concert

Brewster, Massachusetts (The Weekly Vice) -- Joseph Houston, a 29-year-old Brewster Police officer is in hot water over accusations of trespassing, exposing himself and urinating on a patron while attending a Metallica concert.

According to authorities, Houston was charged with trespassing, may face additional charges and is on paid administrative leave. The action comes after Houston allegedly engaged in a series of lewd and bizarre activities during a Metallica concert that took place at TD Banknorth Garden on January 18.

According to Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority Police, a visibly intoxicated Joseph Houston "pulled down his pants and urinated on a male victim. Then, with his penis still out, he lunged toward the male victim's sister several times," according to the MBTA police report.

MBTA police officers say Houston then physically harassed several women and then got into a fight with one of the men while on the concert grounds.

When MBTA officers ejected Houston from the concert grounds, he allegedly pulled out his badge and refused to leave on the grounds that he was a Brewster police officer. Officers also say Houston called one of the officers an "Obama" after they transported him off property.

Police say that despite their repeated warnings that he would be arrested, Houston allegedly returned to the property. He was then arrested after a brief struggle with MBTA officers.

Although Houston is currently charged only with trespassing, Boston police are investigating the possibility of bringing additional charges for Houston's alleged lewd and disruptive behavior.

He is expected to appear in court on Feb. 5th to answer the trespassing charge.

Maureen Debona - Woman Arrested On Aggravaed Assault Charges After Stabbing Ca

Port St. Lucie, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Maureen Debona, a 31-year-old Port St. Lucie woman was arrested on aggravated assault charges after allegedly stabbing ..... a car?

According to authorities, Debona and her husband were arguing about finances Tuesday night, when she walked into the kitchen, grabbed a knife and told her husband to get the (expletive) out.

"She told me that she just wanted her personal space but that (her husband) would not leave her alone," said the police arrest report.

Investigators say the woman took the knife out of a drawer, walked towards her husband, and then stabbed the car before throwing the knife into a trash can. Investigators say the woman explained that she was just venting her anger and didn't intend to stab her husband.

There were no reported injuries in the confrontation.

Aggravated assault? You've got to be kidding.

Yes, this woman is obviously a frayed nerve that needs to soak in a botanical bath for about two months before rejoining the human race.... but aggravated assault on a car? Give me a break.

To the husband, I'd offer this little piece of advice.

When a woman tells you to get the f*** away from her, you don't follow her all around the house barking at her. What the hell is wrong with you?

One question for readers though... is this what one would call a "car battery?"

Charleston, West Virginia (The Weekly Vice) -- Jeremy David Jarrett, an 18-year-old Chesapeake man was arrested Monday on charges of sexually assaulting a 9-year-old girl.

According to authorities, the victim's mother contacted the Chesapeake Police Department Jan. 12 to report that her daughter had been sexually assaulted by Jarrett. Jarrett allegedly admitted to sexually assaulting the girl on Jan. 2 and Jan. 5., according to the arrest affidavit.

Investigators say the girl told her mother about the alleged abuse and that Jarrett admitted to the acts when he was confronted by the child's mother.

The child was interviewed on Jan. 13 and then examined at the Charleston Area Medical Center by medical professionals who reported indications of sexual assault, according to police.

Jarrett was booked into the South Central Regional Jail on six counts of first-degree sexual abuse and three counts of first-degree sexual assault. He is being held in lieu of a $100,000 bond.

Wayne Smith - 27 Year Old Man Runs Away With 15 Year Old Girl To Live In A School Bus. Arrested On Child Sex Assault Charges

Blair, Nebraska (The Weekly Vice) -- Wayne A. Smith, a 27-year-old Nebraska man was arrested late December after allegedly sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl and then transporting her 400 miles away from home to live with him in a school bus.

According to the Washington County Sheriff's Office, the family of a 15-year-old girl reported the teen missing last July. With help from the Missouri State Patrol, the little girl was tracked to Purdy, Missouri where the two were living in a school bus. Officers questioned Smith and the girl who initially provided false names and claimed the two were married.

After further questioning, the girl finally admitted her actual identity. She also denied having sex with Smith, but later admitted that the two had sex on a regular basis. She told authorities that she ran away from home because she was worried about being placed in a juvenile facility. She also stated that she was in love with Smith.

After a lengthy investigation, Smith was arrested and booked into the Washington County Jail In Blair, Nebraska on charges of first-degree sexual assault of a minor, harboring an escaped juvenile and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He is being held in lieu of a $100,000 bond.

You know you've truly hit bottom when going to live in a school bus seems like a dream come true in comparison to where you live.

I did some follow up on this case and learned that there were some pretty serious problems going on at the girl's home. The state was preparing to pull her out of her fathers house and place her in state's custody until foster care could be arranged.

I can clearly see why she was willing to grab onto anything that looked halfway solid..... Even an adult living in a school bus seemed more stable than the life she was living. Pretty sad, I must say.

As for the 27-year-old guy. Well, he's just a sick, perverted scumbag. I have no pity for him.

Family Leaves Little Girl Behind At Restaurant. Doesn’t Realize She’s Missing Until They See Her On Television The Next Day

Bel Air, Maryland (The Weekly Vice) -- An evening of fun turned out to be a moment of extreme embarrassment for a family who left a 4-year-old girl at Chuck E. Cheese - but didn't realize she had been left behind until they saw her on television the next day.

According to Hartford County authorities, 4-year-old Deshawna Tyson joined her aunt, aunt's boyfriend and eight other children on a Sunday evening outing to a Chuck E. Cheese restaurant.

When it was time for the family to go, the aunt and her boyfriend loaded the kids into two cars and headed home. Both parties believed Deshawna was riding with the other party.

Investigators were called when the little girl was found wandering alone inside the restaurant at about 7 p.m. Sunday night.

When Deshawna's mother came home later that evening, she want straight to bed, according to investigators. No one seemed to notice Deshawna was missing until the mother and aunt saw Deshawna's photo on television early the next morning.

The family rushed to the Hartford County Sheriff's office at about 8:40 Monday morning. The child was reunited with her family and is working with social services to resolve child care issues.

The Sheriff's Office has determined that charges with not be filed in the case.

Thomas Ludwig - Florida Man Accused Of Beating Baby To Death For Crying

Land O' Lakes, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Thomas Ludwig, a 24-year-old Port Richey man was jailed Monday on first-degree murder charges after he allegedly beat his 2-month-old daughter to death for crying.

Authorities say Ludwig gained custody of two twin girls after the child's mother, Nicholle West, delivered the twins while incarcerated in state prison. She is currently serving out a 13 month prison sentence for grand theft.

A female witness who Ludwig resided with told investigators that she saw Ludwig grab one of the girls from a stroller, because she was crying. She said the force applied in pulling the child out of the stroller caused the baby's head to be popped backwards.

The witness stated that she then saw Ludwig slam the child onto a bed in a forceful manner. She then heard him call the baby "a little bitch" and to "shut up", according to the arrest affidavit.

The witness went on to tell deputies that she heard a series of loud banging noises coming from the room, which ended the child's cries.

The child was later found by the witness unresponsive. When she attempted to seek medical care for the infant, Ludwig allegedly tore the child away and contacted EMS. The child was pronounced dead at St. Joseph Hospital the following day.

An autopsy of the revealed that the little girl died of blunt force trauma to the head.

Ludwig is currently being held without bail at the Pasco County Jail on first-degree murder charges.

The Weekly Vice Opinion:

This most depressing aspect of this story for us is knowing that this tragedy might have been avoidable. Looking into the man's record, it's hard to understand why no warning flags went up before the state handed these infants over to him.

Ludwig's criminal history (in Pasco County) starts with charges of grand theft , driving without a license and a designation of (failed to adapt), which means he likely refused to follow the judge's instructions March 2006. He was then found in contempt of court with two probation violation charges in October 2006. He faced two more felony charges of violating probation in addition to writing two bad checks in Feb 2007. finally, he was arrested on contempt of court charges yet again in Dec 2008.

All this and the state willfully placed two newborn infants in his care. How is that possible? Why wouldn't he be in jail like his girlfriend?

Florida's judicial system continues to defy all sense - and it's sad to see children literally dying because of it.

Tampa, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Tara Lynn Woodruff, a 33-year-old dancer at Tampa's renown Mons Venus strip club, was arrested Monday on accusations of stealing another dancer's bag of bikinis and underwear.

According to Tampa police, Woodruff was captured on a club security camera removing an orange-and-brown leather bag from a co-worker's 'cubby', placing the bag inside her own larger bag and then leaving the club.

Investigators say Woodruff's co-worker described the contents of her bag, which contained three bikinis and several pairs of underwear. When authorities searched Woodruff's belongings, they found three bikinis and several pairs of underwear that matched the items stolen from the victim. The items were valued at $300.

Woodruff was taken into custody Monday night at the club. She told police that she took the bag by mistake, thinking that it was hers.

She was booked into the Hillsborough County Jail on a charge of 3rd-degree grand theft. She is currently still being held in lieu of a $2,000 bond.

The Weekly Vice Opinion:

Times are tough. The economy is down and she's a 33-year-old woman competing with 18 to 23-year-old strip tease sirens. But stealing pairs of panties? Jeez.

This former flight attendant turned dancer may be in the wrong trade we think. Hopefully she'll go back to her flight attendant profession. Surely it must hold more promise than going to jail over a bag of panties.

Lehigh Acres, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Latoya Denise Bradley, a 24-year-old Lehigh Acres woman was arrested Sunday after allegedly teaching four children how to shoplift clothing-then fleeing the scene when they were caught.

According to the Lee County Sheriff's Office, Bradley took four children shopping at a Wal-Mart retail store located on Lee Blvd.

Upon entering the store, investigators say Bradley placed three children into a shopping cart while a 12-year-old girl walked along-side them.

Store security personnel watched Bradley as she showed the 12-year-old how to discreetly take baby clothes off the rack and hide them under the three children inside the cart. Bradley then watched from a distance while the 12-year-old attempted to wheel the children and merchandise out of the store without paying for the items.

When store security stopped the children from leaving, Bradley allegedly fled the scene, leaving the four children behind. The children, two of which are Bradley's, were held inside the store security office until Lee County Deputies arrived.

Deputies took statements from the children and then tracked Bradley to her home, where she was taken into custody. Authorities also recovered 17 items with a total retail value of $49.

Bradley was booked into the Lee County Jail on charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, felony cruelty toward a child and petit larceny.

History

Bradley seems to have been at this a number of times before. Her priors include a misdemeanor charge of larceny theft, two felony charges of larceny theft and aggravated battery.

She is also now under investigation by child services. This is a second go-around for her on that action as well.

Angela Mayers - 45 Year Old Nurse Gives 15 Year Old Boy A Physical Exam

Gonzales, Louisiana (The Weekly Vice) -- Angela Mayers, a 45-year-old nurse from Gonzales, Louisiana was arrested Tuesday on accusations of having sexual contact with a 15-year-old boy.

According to Gonzales police, an officer on patrol encountered Mayers and the teen inside a vehicle that was parked at the Gonzales Municipal Park near Highway 44.

Investigators say the woman identified herself as a registered nurse.

Mayers was booked into the Ascension Parish Jail on an initial charge of obscenity. On Thursday, additional charges were added, including carnal knowledge of a juvenile and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.

She is being held in lieu of a $160,000 bond.

New “Caylee Sunshine” Doll Has A Forked Tongue - Duct Tape And Heart Sticker Sold Separately

Jacksonville, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Just weeks after the remains of missing toddler Caylee Anthony were found discarded in a laundry bag, her memory has already become monetized.

Showbiz Promotions, a Jacksonville Florida company created by Jaime Salcedo, has begun taking orders for it's new product, The Caylee Sunshine Doll.

Touted as a "tribute" to Caylee Anthony and promoted on a blog titled "Caylee Anthony Tribute Site", the doll enables you to be "inspired" by the murder victim's memory for just $29.99.

The 18" doll is being released with blond hair and blue eyes - in an effort to not be offensive to the Anthony family - however it's namesake and very purpose was built upon her persona and story.

Salcedo originally announced plans to donate a portion of the product's profits to charity, however it has more recently announced a pledge to donate 100% of the product's profits to charity. That charity, of course, has not yet been determined according to the company's blog.

When Salcedo was asked whether it's appropriate for his company to profit on Caylee's death, he replied that he is anticipating critics. He added that this will be the first product his promotions company will sell that is inspired by the victim of a crime.

So for those of you who want to inspire your little angels with the memory of a murdered child, you now have your chance. (Duct tape, laundry bag and heart sticker sold separately).

We've been as fair as possible in the article above, laying out the bullet point details of the product and the blather behind it. Also included are links to the site, so you can read the company's explanation for releasing a product like this for yourself.

Now I'm going to offer my two cents on this product.

In my humble opinion, this product is a twisted, morbid and disgusting tribute to how far greed can really go.

Although the company states 100% of it's profits will be donated to charity, we'd beg to have a look at what his balance sheets define as profit.

Profit is the revenue that's realized after costs and expenses have been paid. Employees and owners are expenses, which pretty much means the owner can and likely WILL profit off of the murder of this girl, despite what the advertising jargon says.

Even if he denies himself a paycheck, there are endless ways to funnel money back into the company, so that those funds are tapped from other revenue streams.

We were fortunate enough to catch Salcedo's original intention of "maybe" donating up to $3 per doll to charity (a spoon full of sugar to make the greed go down). He's reworked the formula to avoid the critics....... but we know the intent.

You claim to care about exploited children Salcedo? Then you can get a start by ceasing the exploitation of THIS child....... You may fool the masses, but you aren't going to fool us.

You cannot sell a rotten apple in a smiley face wrapper and expect it not to stink.

Rachel Gaumond / Leslie Borzon - Two Ohio Women Face 150 Counts Of File-Sharing Child Pornography

Lakewood, Ohio (The Weekly Vice) -- Two Lakewood Ohio women were arrested on a combined total of 150 counts of pandering child pornography.

Rachel A. Gaumond, 21, and Leslie E. Borzon, 39, were arrested by police in tandem with the Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Both women were charged Thursday along with 39 others who were caught using peer to peer file sharing programs to trade child pornography over a six month investigation period.

Investigators say the two women used the Internet to receive and send child pornography between April and June, 2008.

Gaumond allegedly downloaded 17 images and shared 66 images that included sexually explicit materials involving "infants and bestiality," according to prosecutor Ryan Miday. She faces 84 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor and one count of possessing criminal tools (her computer). If convicted of all counts, she faces up to 665 years in jail.

Borzon was indicted on 70 total charges including 67 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, one count of possessing criminal tools and two counts of illegal use of a minor. If convicted on all counts, she faces up to 545 years in prison.

Gaumond was in court Monday to hear the charges against her, while Borzon has been indicted and appears in court on Wednesday. We were unable to determine if bail has been set in either case.

Crystal Walden - Charged With Having Sex At Truck Stop While 10 Year Old Son Watched

Greenland, New Hampshire (The Weekly Vice) -- Crystal Walden, a 34-year-old Texas woman was arrested Saturday night after she allegedly brought her 10-year-old son to a truck stop and then had sex with a random trucker as the boy watched.

According to Greenland police, Walden's 10-year-old son was found wandering in the cold without a coat or shoes near a Greenland truck stop. When authorities asked the boy where his parent's were, he told them "She's in a truck having sex with the driver."

The boy told officers that his mother brought him to the truck stop after having an argument with his grandmother. She then allegedly knocked on the first truck she saw and offered to have sex with the driver in exchange for a ride to Texas. The man reportedly agreed, and the two engaged in sex as the boy watched from the top bunk of the truck's cab.

At some point the boy left the truck cab and fled into the TA, where he encountered police officers. The boy then led officers back to the truck, where they found his mother "visibly intoxicated" with her pants "turned inside out", according the the arrest affidavit.

Walden was arrested on charges of two misdemeanor counts of child endangerment. One count for dragging the boy out into the could without proper clothing and another count for exposing him to the sex act she engaged in with the driver.

Greenland police say they plan to charge Walden with another charge of "interference of custody" since Walden's mother currently has legal custody of the boy.

In court, Walden told the judge that she had just moved to Portsmouth from Texas to get away from the abuse of her husband. She blamed alcohol as the reason for her irrational decision and promised to never take another drink again.

Walden is being held in lieu of a $2500 cash bail. She is due to appear back in court on Feb 11.

Cindy Economou - Former Firefighter Arrested On Charges That She Stole A Man’s Freshly Amputated Foot For Use With Cadaver Dog

Ft. Pierce, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Cindy Economou, a 38-year-old former St. Lucie County firefighter was arrested Monday on accusations that she stole a car accident victim's amputated foot and then stored it in her freezer.

Florida Highway Patrol officers arrested Economou Monday afternoon on a charge of petit theft after investigators say she admitted to removing the man's foot after it had been amputated at a car crash scene.

The victim, 46-year-old Karl Lambert, lost his foot in an accident that occurred on the morning of September 19. Rescue workers were forced to amputate the man's foot in order to extricate him from the vehicle. He was then flown by life-flight to St. Mary's Hospital for treatment.

Police say Economou took the victim's foot without his knowledge or consent. She told investigators that she took the foot for the purpose of training her personal cadaver dog.

Economou was booked into the St. Lucie County Jail on a single charge of 2nd-degree petit theft. She was released on a promise to appear in court. Officials say the foot is valued at $100, but less than $300, in accordance with state law.

Economou subsequently resigned from the St. Lucie County Fire Department approximately 4 months ago.

Well, at least we know the legal value of a foot. Would any medical professionals out there like to explain why the foot wouldn't have been packed up and flown to the hospital with the victim? Perhaps that's where this problem started to begin with.

Eric Marusak - New Port Richey Man Wrecks Car, Growls Like Dog And Then Tries To Bite Officer

New Port Richey, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Eric Marusak, a 37-year-old New Port Richey man was arrested Saturday after he crashed his car, kicked an officer in the groin and then began growling like a dog. It was all downhill from there.

According to the Port Richey police department, an officer noticed Marusak's vehicle traveling about 20 miles per hour over the speed limit and prepared to pull his vehicle over. Just as the officer was about to turn on his lights, Marusak's vehicle jumped the roadway curb and smashed into a chain link fence.

When the officer caught up to the vehicle, Marusak and a female passenger were exiting the vehicle on the passenger's side because of a pole that was lodged in the driver's door. When asked if he was alright, Marusak responded "I'm wrecked, dude." He then allegedly laughed and told the officer "I got a suspended license."

Just then Marusak allegedly turned angry and began "growling like a dog" at the officer, according the arrest report.

He then kicked the officer in the groin, punched him, acted like a dog and attempted to bite the officer, according to the arrest report.

Marusak was eventually taken into custody, at which point he refused to a DUI breath test.

He was booked into the Pasco County Jail on charges of drunk driving, resisting an officer with violence, refusing to take a breath test, battery on a law enforcement officer, criminal mischief, and violation of probation. He was also charged as a habitual violator for driving on a suspended or revoked driver's license.

But wait, there's more!

Since you see six mug shots above, you know what this means. Yep, more Florida revolving door justice. It turns out Mr. Clean is not so clean after all.

Evidently Marusak has been arrested at least 8 times in the last 36 months. His priors include battery on a LEO/ parole violation Feb 2006. Drunk driving May, 2006. DUI/Driving while suspended Feb, 2007. Violation of probation Aug, 2007. Off bond DUI Nov, 2007. Probation violation Jan, 2008. Battery/criminal mischief/witness tampering Dec, 2008.

Gregory Pracht - Texas Man Smokes Joint Inside Target Store And Then Attacks Officer. Police Dogpile Ensues

El Paso, Texas (The Weekly Vice) -- Gregory Pracht, a 33-year-old El Paso man was arrested last week after smoking a joint inside a Target retail store and then attacking the arresting officer. Police dogpile ensues.

According to the El Paso police department, Pracht entered a Target store at around 7 pm, put on a pair of store sunglasses, lit up a joint and then began unwrapping random CD's.

A store security guard, who knew he was up against trouble, contacted El Paso police while keeping an eye on Pracht's behavior.

When Pracht was exiting the store (with the sunglasses on), he was stopped at the door by an El Paso Police officer who took him into custody. Pracht told the officer that he had a puppy locked in the car, so the officer had the handcuffed Pracht lead him to his car.

At some point while the officer was checking on the supposed dog, Pracht got his hands out from behind his back and attacked the officer. It took two store security guards and a call for police officer back up to finally get Pracht under control and into the back seat of a police cruiser.

Authorities searched Pracht's vehicle and found an undisclosed amount of cocaine.

He was booked into the El Paso County Jail for assault on a public servant, possession of cocaine and an outstanding traffic offense warrant for speeding. His bond was set at $35,085.
