Tara Biller Makes Second Attempt At “Bad Mom Of The Year” Award

Fredericksburg, VA (The Weekly Vice) - Tara Dawn Biller, a 30-year-old Virginia woman who was charged with abandoning her 10-year-old daughter after crashing into a ditch earlier this month has outdone herself with new charges.

According to the Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office, Biller was driving a stolen 2006 Chrysler Sebring Sunday when a deputy pulled her over for a traffic violation.

Investigators say the deputy found Biller behind the wheel high on an unknown substance. The deputy also found her in possession of OxyContin, drug paraphernalia and a suspended license.

Biller's infant son was discovered in a child safety seat, however the child was not buckled in.

The vehicle was registered to Biller's boyfriend who reportedly told investigators that he did not know she had taken the vehicle.

Biller was arrested earlier this month after she became intoxicated and then drove her vehicle into a ditch. She fled the scene, leaving her 10-year-old daughter behind.

In that incident she was charged with felony child endangerment, driving while intoxicated, driving on a suspended license and refusing to submit to a breath test.

Biller has been booked into the Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond and is expected to appear in court on Feb 2 to answer for the charges.

Both kids are still alive. No more chances.

I wonder what the woman looks like. All I see is a picture of a horse with a wig on it.

Why the hell did she even still have custody of any kids after the first incident? CPS in Virginia must be as clueless as it is where I live.

A couple of weeks ago my neice brought my 4 year old some peruvian soda and I have avoided giving it to her as I was concerned that it was full of sugar.

I can not believe the state let this woman keep custody of her infant child after the FIRST incident! It's quite obvious that if she was willing to not only drink and drive with her child in the vehicle but to wreck and leave the child behind, that she's not stable or capable to take care of either one of them!!!
